Sehr gute Lage, sauber, modern aber kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Lage sehr gut, Frühstück gut, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Zu teuer für das Angebot. Kein SPA das zu erwarten wäre; nur ein veralteter Whirlpool.
Nur sehr begrenztes Parkplatzangebot direkt an der Strasse neben der Bordsteinkante.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente, frontemare . Struttura moderna, confortevole, ottima manutenzione e pulizia. Staff competente e cordiale; menzione speciale a Claudia che gestisce la reception con professionalità e simpatia. La nostra stanza con vista mare e balcone aveva dimensioni valide e bagno ben strutturato. All'angolo ampio parcheggio pubblico con parchimetro

Un hotel nella norma. Senza lode e senza infamia.
Pros:

La vista mare (soprattutto dal terzo piano in su). Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, tranne il direttore che non per nulla apprezzato.

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema la prima sera del nostro arrivo. Al ritorno in camera dopo cena abbiamo avuto come sorpresa un odore nauseabondo di fognatura. Il problema è stato immediatamente comunicato ma data l’ora era impossibile risolvere la situazione rapidamente. Abbiamo passato una nottata terribile con le finestre spalancate. Il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato la camera senza nemmeno fare il minimo gesto commerciale. Ciliegina sulla torta: la stanza con il problema è stata immediatamente affittata a nuovi ospiti. Rimango con qualche dubbio sul fatto che il problema fosse già conosciuto prima del nostro arrivo.
