Guests are required to show a photo identification and the credit card provided in the reservation upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Hotel Rosamar Maxim 4* - Adults Only in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

At the time of confirming the reservation you will receive an e-mail with a link asking you to pay for the first night or the full amount depending on the booked rate. The payment must be not later than the following 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Covered parking: 25 EUR from 17.04 to 20.04 and from 28.05 to 12.09 and every Saturday during the season. Rest of days 20 EUR.

For those who booked Halfboard, dinner will be served Rosamar Es Blau or Rosamar & Spa, depending on availability.

Parking must be booked for the whole stay.
A deposit may be required at the property.

TRES BELLE VUE
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, bord de mer sur belle plage propre, ainsi que la mer limpide et poissonneuse. En fin de ville, calme. Vue magnifique. Personnel parfait, petit déjeuner de qualité et diner en musique, du choix et de la qualité. Parking 25 euros la journée. Parking et diner dans un autre établissement du groupe à 150 mètres. Belle terrasse, spa, salle de gym, sauna et terrasse avec chaises longues.

Cons:

Ménage rapide, j'ai trouvé derriere le lit une paille et de la poussière, à l'arrivée la TV ne fonctionnait pas, odeur déplaisante dans la chambre.

Labai patiko viešbučio vieta – jis įsikūręs prie pat paplūdimio, o iš visų kambarių atsiveria vaizdas į jūrą. Lova patogi, kambarinės labai paslaugios: kambarys buvo tvarkomas kiekvieną dieną, keičiami rankšluosčiai. Maistas skanus ir gausus, restorano personalas taip pat labai paslaugus.

Registratūroje atsakė į visus klausimus, tačiau darbuotojams šiek tiek trūko mandagumo ir malonaus bendravimo.
Pusryčių pasirinkimas kasdien beveik toks pats, todėl ilgainiui pabosta. Vakarieniauti reikia eiti į kitą viešbutį, o valgymo erdvė nėra jauki, todėl joje nesinori ilgiau pasilikti, nors kiekvieną vakarą skamba gyva muzika.
Viešbutis tvarkingas, tačiau akivaizdžiai pasenęs – interjeras atrodo neatnaujintas mažiausiai
20 metų. Kai kur jau reikėtų ne tik kosmetinio, bet ir rimtesnio remonto. Nuotraukose viešbutis atrodo gerokai geriau nei iš tikrųjų.

Everything. Great location close to restaurants and bars. Beach across the street. Staff, especially Ricardo, were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and covered all tastes. Bed was comfortable and shower was strong and temperature great. About a 15 minute easy walk to the bus stop to Barcelona.

Pros:

Очень внимательный и приветливый персонал. Ежедневная уборка - очень чисто. Прекрасная, разнообразная еда. Очень порадовала живая музыка каждый вечер. Расположение отеля- великолепно, лучше не придумать. Только вышел из отеля и тут же в море. В общем очень понравилось и всем рекомендую

Per total a fost ok, curatenie, locatia super, foarte aproape de plaja. Desi nu apare in facilitati, dar dispun de incarcator pt masini electrice.

Cons:

Putin cam invechit, micul dejun repetitiv, parcarea este la vreo 200 m distanta de hotel, in incinta altui hotel din acest lant, bagajele trebuie carate pe strada pana la cazare si in ziua in care am ajuns noi nu functiona nici liftul din parcare. Nu as spune ca dotarile sunt de 4 stele.

Die Lage ist toll und Frühstück direkt an der Strandpromenade mit Sekt.
Zimmer mit Meerblick.
Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Ausstattung für diesen Preis sehr spärlich. Im Bad gibt es beispielsweise nur Pappbecher für die Zahnbürsten etc. Starker Chlorgeruch nach dem Zimmerservice. Laminat im Zimmer aufgequollen.
