A vrai dire pas grand chose...On va dire un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel souriant...

Je pense que la description de l'hôtel est surfait. Déjà effectivement il y a un parking mais au pied de l'hôtel il est municipal et forcément bruyant. Pas de bonne islosation phonique... Tirez en les conclusions. L'accès aux chambre se fait par un unsique escalier d'une raideur montgnarde qui peut poser un problème pour les personnes agées et personne ne vous propose même à titre de service de monter les bagages. En cette nuit là concerts de terrasses des établissemnts environnants jusqu'à 3h30 du matin ... Un jour de canicule pas de clim certes mais même pas de mise à disposition de ventilateurs...! Et pour couronner le tout 5h00 du matin installation sur le parking des infrastructures pour la fête de la musique...! Conclusion pour moi c'est "Jamais plus" la pire nuitée hotelière depuis ces dernières 10 années! Enfin l'un d'entre nous interdiction de lire ou de poser son livre et ses lunettes il n'y avait qu'une seule table de chevet obligé de mettre un fauteuril pour pallier à cela... C'est dommage car la chambre en eelle même était correcte

Accueil au top et site agréable
Pros:

J'ai aimé la proximité avec le centre ville, le petit déjeuner et l'architecture

Cons:

Il n' y avait pas de climatisation et comme j'étais au 3ème étage, il faisait chaud.
De plus, je ne pouvais ouvrir la fenêtre car un moteur faisait énormément de bruit sous ma fenêtre

Cons:

La chambre attribuée à notre arrivée étaient au 4ème étage toute exiguë avec un minuscule velux. Sur notre demande le personnel nous a trouvé une solution plus conforme à notre demande.

L'emplacement en centre ville.

La toute petite salle de bain.
Douche plus petite que la norme
Lavabo type lave main.
Lorsque l'on est assis sur les wc on est gêné par le lavabo.
On est obligé d'ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain pour pouvoir s'essuyer en sortant de la douche.

Hotel with a great location, friendly staff, but can be described as “cozy” in size.
Pros:

This hotel faces the Loire and we paid to have a view from our room. It is also within walking distance of the chateau and lively parts of Saumur. The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was clean but smallish with a tight fitting shower. There isn’t an elevator and only a tight stairway to make it up the three fights with your luggage. But, again, the staff was very helpful and carried our bags up for us.
