Cons:

Air conditioner repeatedly turned itself off every few hours resulting in disturbed sleep, the power lead for the kettle was so short it had to be placed on the floor to boil water and the TV would not connect to the internet so it was impossible to stream online TV.

Pros:

The hotel has a slightly dated but charming flair. The room was spacious and had good soundproofing and airco. The bed was great. Breakfast is served from 6:30 onwards, allowing for an early start to the day.

Cons:

A safebox and a fridge in the room would have been useful.

Great hotel, great food, friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful well kept old building. Room clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Chef went out of her way to make sure our evening meal was suitable for my husband’s gluten free diet. Excellent evening meal and breakfast choices.

Cons:

Very limited parking. We were lucky to find a parking space right outside the hotel. Not sure where we would have parked otherwise.

It was okay. But it’s advertised as a 4* hotel so should have been spot on.
Pros:

Overall it was fine and the comments I make are negligible but nevertheless if it’s not raised nothing will change.

Cons:

There was no milk on the room tea/coffee tray. Even long life milk would have been ok. At breakfast the eggs ran out and there were insufficient plates available for residents. Small issues make a difference.
