Pros:

Very friendly staff.
Big enough room and clean.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential but it needs serious maintenance and investment to make it a 4* hotel… not to mention 5*

Cons:

On booking the hotel is rated as 5*… this is by far NOT a 5* hotel… maybe 3.
Bathroom is outdated.. the showers were both broken, the toilet flush was broken and it would always run if you didn’t pay attention to bring it back to position.
Bathrobes and towels worn out.
The indoor pool… OMG… dirty, full of limescale.
Being close to the pool, the room smelled like chlorine really really bad.
The breakfast… a joke… the slices of meat seemed old and started to change color already. No vegetables, not many options to choose from.
The road that leads to the hotel is very damaged, makes you think you reached an abandoned area.

Very neutral; expectations were higher than what was actually delivered.
Pros:

There was ample parking.
The staff were helpful and upgraded the room to a better one.

Cons:

The hotel does not live up to the five-star rating indicated on Booking.com; I wouldn't give it more than 3.5 stars!
The initial room did not meet expectations, and the photos of the bathroom on Booking.com differed significantly from reality.

Personalet er meget venligt og imødekommende. Det er personalet, der trækker karakteren op på 5. Sengene var behagelige.

Cons:

Mørkt, slidt og labyrintisk opbygget. Mangler både udvendig og indvendig vedligehold. Morgenbuffeten er langt fra hotelstandard. Lang ventetid på kaffe, som skulle bestilles ved et underbemandet personale.
