편안하고 가성비 좋은 호텔
Pros:

정말 기본에 충실하면서 가격대비 좋은 숙소입니다. 수영장도 너무 좋았고, 방도 정말 넓고 컨디션도 정말 좋았어요. 있는 동안 정말 편안하게 지내서 좋았습니다. 조식은 외부에서도 먹을 수 있었는데, 토스카나의 아침 전경을 보면서 먹는게 너무나 행복했어요. 가족과 이박 삼일 머물렀는데, 다음에 온다면 더 길게 있다 쉬고 가고 싶어요.

Cons:

방 안에 안전상의 이유로 물주전자가 없는게 조금 아쉬었습니다.

Séjour magnifique
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est superbe et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est bien servi. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cons:

Muffa in camera, si nota che la struttura ha avuto tempi migliori. La colazione, nonostante sia gratis, meglio farla da un'altra parte.

Pros:

Muy cómodo y prolijo el total del hotel. El desayuno es muy rico y las instalaciones están muy bien. Gran experiencia para hacer noche en la Toscana.

Cons:

La única contra es que el aire acondicionado se apagó entre la 1am y las 6am, considerando una temperatura de 34º en el exterior, ese periodo de tiempo fue difícil de llevar.

Cons:

Śniadanie to jakiś wloski koszmar. Ja rozumiem, że we Wloszech nie je sie śniadań jak w Polsce ale to co w hotelu to przesada. Druga sprawa to brak klimatyzacji od 24 do 15, wiec przy 40st jest mega wyzwaniem. Wlasciciel tłumaczył ze musi wylaczać klimatyzację bo osobą sprzątajacym jest za zimno..... wloski jakiś nonsens. Nie polecam !@!

Very Bad Experience
Pros:

Firstly I would like to underline that the location is dreamy, very beautiful place and with a very beautiful pool area, surrounded by nature and olive trees.
On the other hand though, there are several disadvantages, that made our 11 night stay a nightmare.
1. We specifically booked this hotel, as they are mentioning not once but twice on their website that the rooms have AC. As a pregnant woman, in the first trimester, it was essential for me, as overheating can be quite unpleasant for me with sickness and getting lightheaded. In the very warm summer days - and nights - I was heavily counting on the AC. But little did I know that they stop it during the day from 8:00-15:00. Which alone would be acceptable, as many are out and about during the day. But they stop it many times during the night as well, for example from 4:00-5:00 it was stopped. Tried to talk about it with the receptionist, which had no empathy, and said that many in the region live like that without AC.
2. The breakfast was “sold” to us, as “Italian breakfast”. Well if this is what italians eat for breakfast, then I’m very sorry for them. Please see the picture attached. Pre-packed everything, no vegetables, no fruit, nothing fresh. More than disappointing. Their “excuse and reasoning” one may ask: Sustainability. It’s nothing short of a joke if this is what sustainability looks like to them. A buffet would be more sustainable. But then again, if saving money on quality and basic promises that they are making themselves is so important for them…
But the personal is very friendly, keeping the hotel and the surroundings clean, keeping the guests as happy as they can, with the little they can with.
But one may question the management and their money saving techniques, when even the employees make suggestions on nearby breakfast places, instead of the one they are serving.
