Whole hotel in need of refurbishment. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Hotel is located in the town centre and right on the walk way of the beach

Cons:

The sea view from first floor end of corridor was obscured by large tree and room Not high enough to see anything. Balcony was not pleasant with plastic chairs,
Metal bars in front and is in need of refurbishment.
Grass area in front of balcony was dead with a couple of dead plants. Very unattractive. See pictures.

Cons:

Partial view of the sea description was a little bit of stretch, as you had to lean over the balcony to get a glimpse. The underground parking is only suitable for a small car.
