Pros:

Super comfy bed in a lovely spacious room with a separate bit for clothes which was a perk and maybe not in all rooms, staff were a delight, breakfast was delicious, great location and all round excellent.

Pros:

Excellent accueil appartement calme avec chambre donnant à l'arrière et non sur le boulevard. Bien équipé pour pouvoir préparer des repas. Literie très confortable

Mosaik paints the perfect picture.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and rooms very tastefully decorated and laid out. Plenty of room and excellent en suite facilities. Ideal for a 5 minute walk into the main areas for the restaurant and bars. The market is great too. Pia was delightful in reception and made under welcome. Our first visit tonSaint Jean de Luz and we were blown away at just how beautiful the town and sea frontage areas are. One of the highlights of our month away so will be revisiting again next year for sure one for longer. Absolutely recommend the Mosaik Hotel and Sant Jean de Luz.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff were helpful & the rooms were clean.

Cons:

Parking was 20 Euros and very challenging to get into the space.
The room was up 3 floors with no lift.
The room was in the eaves which meant limited headroom especially in the bedroom.
Room details need to be clearer at point of selection.

Perfect hosts, lovely clean hotel
Pros:

Lovely tasteful hotel, renovated by its recently new owners. Great location and very welcoming entrance area. All well organised when I was arriving late. And a real delight to meet Pia and her husband, who own the hotel. It’s clear they really care about guests experience!

My one question is whether any rooms have air conditioning. I used the pedestal fan provided and was fine. But I know it gets hot there! And as in many hotels, you might hear noise from the corridors if people come in late/ leave early.
