Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage . Nah am Strand und nicht weit weg vom Zentrum und Bahnhof.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

A great place to stay in St Jean de Luz. Good, quiet location. Our apartment had a small kitchen, so we could self cater
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Good sized room. Good breakfast. Well located for railway station, les Halles food market, and the beach.

Cons:

We were on the top floor , so 3 flights of stairs.

Reservamos una habitación doble confort y nada que ver... Habitación muy pequeña. Las fotos que ponen no corresponden con la realidad. La ducha y el lavabo metido en un armario y el WC aparte. Ponen las mismas fotos para todas las habitaciones y cuando llegas te llevas la sorpresa, publicidad engañosa en toda regla. Una decepción.

Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, al lado de las calles peatonales de San Juan de Luz y cerca de la playa.
La atención del personal excelente
El salón de desayuno decorado con gusto. El buffet, aunque no muy grande, más que suficiente y variado.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación con el baño muy muy justito. Para dormir suficiente, pero si necesitas pasar allí varias horas, insuficiente. Había otras opciones en el propio alojamiento con habitaciones más amplias, eso sí.

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté ,la climatisation bien sûr et la localisation de l'hôtel

Les chambres ont été rénovées certes , plus au goût du moment, le seul point négatif est l'éclairage et le nombre de prises de courant

Hotel bien situé mais absence d'organisation dans la gestion des paiements des clients

Hotel bien situé par rapport au centre ville.

Cons:

L'absence d'ascenseur. Mais on était prévenu.
Le fait qu'au moment du départ les personnes de la réception me demandent de justifier du paiement de la chambre alors que j'avais payé au moment de mon arrivée quatre jours plus tôt. Il n'est jamais agréable pour un client de se voir soupçonné de partir sans payer. Heureusement que j'avais la facture de CB !
