Leider unerwartet enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Personal war nett, freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider hat das Zimmer stark unangenehm gerochen ( gestunken). So das wir alles was wir mit im Zimmer hatten zwei mal waschen und reinigen müssten!!! Die Dusche war leider sehr klein und generell ist das komplette Zimmer leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider auch nicht kühler stellen, die Anlage war auf 26.6° voreingestellt und das war es leider auch. Ausgeruht sind waren wir leider nicht.
Wir sind jetzt das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen. Beim ersten mal war alles super, deswegen haben die Unterkunft noch einmal gewählt. Leider war das der letzte Besuch, und dieser Unterkunft. Aber ich wünsche dennoch den Betreibern alles gute für die Zukunft.
Bitte arbeitet etwas an der Kritik, damit die nachfolgenden Gäste nicht das gleiche erleben und ausgeruhter in Ihren Urlaub starten können.

Negativ:
- Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar
- starker Geruch sehr unangenehm
- leider stark in die Jahre gekommen
- Dusche sehr klein
- Amaturen stark verkalkt
- Dusche war nicht wirklich dicht Wasser hat sich im Ganzen Badezimmer verteilt


Positives:
- Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn hinter der Tankstelle
- Parkplatz direkt am Hotel
- Essen im Restaurant war gut
- Lautstärke trotz Autobahn sehr ruhig
- Personal war nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Ottimo per una sosta in tranquillità all'insegna della buona cucina
Pros:

Silenzioso, pulito, con una cucina stellare. Si trova in una posizione ottima, vicino all'autostrada e a pochi km da montepulciano. La colazione è perfetta, tanti prodotti da forno freschi fatti da loro, frutta fresca e anche uova, salumi e formaggi per chi non ama i dolci.

Buono complessivamente
Pros:

La posizione ottima per chi viaggia verso il sud, ha un ingresso direttamente dall’area di servizio di Montepulciano ovest e non esci dall’autostrada, comodo per chi come noi riposa una notte prima di ripartire. Le camere carine e spaziose. Prezzo pagato ottimo per tre persone.

Cons:

Il bagno è vecchiotto, i rubinetti non funzionanti al 100%, poca pressione con acqua fredda.

È una sosta obbligata a metà strada per le vacanze , è già la quarta o quinta volta che ci fermiamo quindi molto bene soprattutto la cena

Pas forcément ce à quoi on s’attendait
Pros:

La literie, linges de bain en quantité, les matelas supers et les chambres spacieuses.
Les jeux extérieurs.
Très bon restaurant !!!

Cons:

Nous avions réservé cette hôtel décrit par lui même à la sortie de l’autoroute. Sauf que lors de notre départ, impossible de rejoindre directement l’autoroute par l’hôtel. Tout était barré. Du personnel nous a informé ensuite que l’accès de l’autoroute était plus loin à 20 min de là, en passant par les villes. On aurait su avant, on aurait réservé ailleurs.

La climatisation n’a pas bien fonctionné dès le début, aussi en pleine nuit , il faisait 28 degrés dans la chambre et impossible de la remettre en route facilement.
La douche est à refaire mais tout est propre.
Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.
