Geweldig!
Pros:

Uitzicht (balkon met zicht op Como) was fantastisch. Het dorpje is perfect, niet te druk maar knus en gezellig. Personeel, vooral bij het ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk en geweldige service. Je krijgt hier écht waar voor je geld. We konden gratis suppen/kanoen/op de bedjes liggen. Je kon er een bootje huren. Het was in één woord: geweldig!

Friendly, helpful, comfortable hotel with amazing views of the lake
Pros:

The staff were fantastic! Extremely friendly, patient (we were a big group ) and helpful.
The rooms were comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). Huge amount of choice at breakfast. The bar area was an added bonus, as was their restaurant just over the road.
Would highly recommended staying at this hotel in a quieter area of Lake Como as it was a great base to easily visit the other places on the lake. (The boat ticket office man in Lezzeno was also amazingly friendly and helpful!)

Beautiful location overlooking the lake, comfy rooms
Pros:

If you're thinking of visiting Bellagio, this hotel is only a short 10 minute drive away. It's also near a bus station that will take you there, and even has a restaurant located opposite it that serves excellent Italian seafood dishes.

The facilities are quite well equipped and the rooms are large, with excellent views of the lake if you choose. There is also free parking on site. The room I chose had a huge bathroom as well, which made the stay more comfy. If you're not thinking of going anyway and just relaxing at the hotel, you can also hire a boat to take you around or lounge at the public area overlooking the lake.

Cons:

If you're not driving, finding a taxi is very hard and buses that go through or stop nearby may be full, even during off peak season. For the hotel itself, you may need to unload/load luggage up yourself as they have limited staff and no elevators.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The watersports on offer were great. The bistro for meals on the deck was a great way to end the day. Loved, loved, loved!!

Ottima posizione. Struttura problematica ( senza ascensore e senza riscaldamento in alcune camere) Ottimo buffet colazione e cortesia del personale

Lake Como experience
Pros:

The location was great, the drive interesting...
The breakfast was good and had a good variety.
The central location was worth all the troubles so overall was great and worth our time and money.

Cons:

The check.out took forever and the parking needs to be rearranged. Small cars have a difficult time getting in there.
After the second stay at a different hotel I came to the conclusion that the Italians don't seems to be able to build a shower that doesn't flood the bathroom or even the bedroom... 😀

Pros:

Adoramos o Hotel a gentileza do staff a limpeza o café da manhã e dos detalhes de tudo
O restaurante do hotel oferece um ótimo menu e os almoços e jantares foram excelentes

Cons:

Não teria nada para reclamar a única coisa que pode ser melhorado é o piso do quarto por ser de madeira faz algum rangido mas isso não fez muita diferença.

Прекрасное расположение. Тихо. Спокойно. Нет толп туристов. Это не туристическое место. Это место для расслабления и релакся с великолепной коммуникацией. Великолепный вид с террасы отеля. Очень чистые номера. Приветлывый персоеал. Все вопросы решаются быстро. Маленькие милые магазинчики в шаговой доступности. Аптекс в шаговой доступности. Астановка автобуса рялом с гостинницей. Паромный причал в шаговой доступности. Единственная сложность это использование такси, приходится пользоваться общественным транспортом, а с учетом сиесты, это иногда вызывало сложности. Вкуснейший и обильно разнообразные завтраки. Много свежих фруктов. Великолепнейший кофе. Рядом прекрасный ресторан с отличной домашней кухней. Приятное обслуживание.
