Pros:

Booked a small single room out the back which was excellent value for money. This is a gem of a property essentially on the lake front with wonderful views excellent dining lake front access with beach chairs. Lovely ambience. Bus almost at front door. Ferry less than 10 min walk.
Staff welcoming. Room tasteful decor super clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Very quiet. Good nights sleep.
Breakfast. Good to see such a wide range of fresh fruit nuts and seeds for a plant based diet
Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.

It was in an ideal setting on the lakeside away from the main touristy areas.
Breakfast was good. The restaurant offered a varied menu and was well prepared. Excellent drinks choices. Our room was fine with ample space a good view over the lake and an excellent bathroom

A truly special property that made our time at Lake Como unforgettable.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Como, yet the property itself is so beautiful and relaxing that you'll be tempted to spend your entire stay there. The breakfast was hands-down the best we had in Italy, and we enjoyed every meal at the restaurant. The on-site laundry facilities were another thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Cons:

Our only full day brought steady rain, yet it became one of our favorite memories of the trip. The hotel is so serene and beautiful that we found ourselves perfectly content to slow down, listen to the rain, take afternoon naps, and savor the relaxed rhythm of this wonderful place.

Pros:

Chambre incroyable avec magnifique terrasse, le restaurant face mer qui est excellent, et le ponton privé! Génial pour les enfants car il y a un mega trampoline face mer! Et dans la mer! Canoë et paddle gratuits à disposition! Et possibilité de louer des bateaux sans permis. Un week-end inoubliable!!!!
