Ottimo albergo ad Annecy
Pros:

Hotel pulito, accogliente e in buona posizione, dotato di parcheggio gratuito e vicino alla passeggiata lungolago con cui si raggiunge il centro in 15/20 minuti.

Letti comodi, bagno funzionale e staff gentile, cordiale e disposto a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie.

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de cet hôtel. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la plage des Marquisats, ce qui permet de profiter facilement du lac et de découvrir Annecy. La chambre était impeccable, et le personnel s'est montré accueillant et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un hébergement pratique et confortable, avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui préfèrent passer leur temps à profiter de la beauté du lac et à découvrir Annecy plutôt qu'à rester à l'hôtel. L'établissement est propre, sécurisé, très bien situé et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Reserver le parking et ne pas pouvoir stationner. Pas de clim. Taille de la télé par rapport a la distance pour pouvoir la regarder. Une chambre sous combles manque de hauteur

The great heat affected our stay greatly but in cooler weather it would have been wonderful!
Pros:

The staff were delightful and very friendly. The view over the lake was exceptional and it was very quiet in the hotel. Thankful to have private parking and lovely bar area..breakfast was good and you could eat as much as you wanted.

Cons:

The room was small and because of the very hot weather it was difficult to sleep even though the hotel provided a fan. The shower door hit the toilet bowl when it opened which was awkward. Quite a few ants in the shower but that is because we were at the back near the forest.

J'ai eu le ressenti que je derangeais la personne de l'accueil a qui j'ai rappele que ce n'etait pas a moi d'apporter le ventilateur en dysfonctionnement mais a elle a venir me l'apporter...ce qu'elle a fini par faire !

J'ai senti une gene de la personne quand je lui ai fait remarquer que le bar - refrigirateur de la chambre etait vide !

A ce tarif de chambre a plus de 100 euros, une climatisation serait bienvenue !

Le tarif du petit dejeuner etait tres eleve : 14 € par rapport a la qualite de la chambre et prestation...seul bon point : des produits sans gluten m'ont ete proposes malgre le rappel desagreable de la serveuse qui me mettait sous pression m'indiquant que je devais petit dejeuner dans 15 mn au risque de la deranger...

Just a lovely little hideaway. Close to whatever you need in Annecy.
Pros:

Loved it all. Old and quaint. Lots of history. So close to lake and old town. Room was very cute with a little outdoor area. Breakfast was typical French.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare Annecy, ideale: fuori dal centro ma con parcheggio privato e con una bella e rapida passeggiata si raggiunge la città vecchia. La stanza familiare era spaziosa e aveva una bella vista lago.

Cons:

La camera che abbiamo avuto era quella nelle foto per cui non è stata una sorpresa, decisamente mostrava i suoi anni. Lo abbiamo visitato durante i giorni di canicola, per cui vista anche l'umidita' del lago l'assenza di climatizzatore si è fatta sentire e parecchio; non conosco le condizioni abituali dell'estate a Annecy (è chiaro che se il caldo è una emergenza sporadica siamo stati solo sfortunati e non averlo ha senso, ma diversamente decisamente servirebbe). Da rimuovere la moquette, è vecchia e per quanto sanificata non sarà mai del tutto pulito.
