AC var i stykker og i stedet for at gå ud og indkøbe en bunke ventilatorer i den nærmeste isenkram valgte receptionen at slukke for hele systemet gang på gang så luften stod helt stille i værelset som til sidst havde 36 grader
La comodità di essere proprio in centro.
Un po’ antica, ancora con la vasca da bagno anziché il piatto doccia. Essendo in posizione centrale, la movida (troppa) si fa sentire. Abbastanza rumorosa.

Very tired property with extremely narrow corridors to navigate through with suitcases. Air conditioning not working on an extremely hot day.
On the positive side, the location is excellent,right in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. But we felt they could be a bit more proactive regarding the ac situation.
The air conditioning was not working, and we were only informed about this when we arrived. It would have been much more considerate to let guests know in advance by email, so we could have decided whether to keep our reservation or book another hotel.
They did offer us the option to cancel free of charge upon arrival, but finding another pet-friendly accommodation on the same day was nearly impossible. It was honestly hotter inside the room than it was outside.
After reading other reviews, I asked whether a discount was possible because of the inconvenience. The hotel did give us a 15% discount, which we appreciated. However, it would have been better if they had offered this themselves instead of waiting for guests to ask.
The parking area is also relatively far from the hotel.
The breakfast was quite basic and nothing special.
Location is very central
Air conditioning in the rooms had broken down apparently for at least two weeks, our room was 34 degrees at 1am we were unable to sleep the temperature made us feel quite ill.
The position is in the middle of old town! The stuff was very nice!

POSIZIONE
ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONANTE_ purtroppo ci siamo trovate nei giorni più caldi, sapevo di questo ed avevo scelto l'hotel soprattutto per l'aria condizionata, che però durante il soggiorno NON era funzionante e con il termometro a 36 gradi vi lascio immaginare, questo ha compromesso tutto il mio breve soggiorno, (capisco perfettamente che può essere soggettivo) ma rientrare in camera e non avere nessun tipo di confort con giornate così estremamente calde é allucinante, Inoltre il percorso per raggiungere la stanza è molto stretto, lungo e non arieggiato, come passare attraverso un forno, tra l'altro alle stanze si accede tramite un'ascensore veramente molto piccola, prendere le scale ( a chiocciola) ancora peggio. Lo sconsiglio vivamente a chi non sopporta gli spazi molto ristretti e il caldo. Ho dato voto 7 per non abbassare la media ma avrei dato... sono stata molto male.

We couldn’t have found a better location in the heart of Annecy. We were surrounded by the original charm of old Annecy centre and had an abundance of cafes, restaurants, shopping, and ice cream everywhere we went.
The hotel itself is very cute and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
The rooms are small but comfortable and well appointed, and the decor is charming.
Having a lift is a huge bonus, as is air conditioning. Unfortunately the main unit overheated thanks to the massive heatwave, but we can’t hold that against the hotel - so many things are breaking down everywhere due to the heat.
The reception/bar/breakfast room retained a functional air conditioning unit and was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and had everything we needed.
The Sunday market was right around the corner and an absolute delight.
The parking restrictions can be tricky but the staff went out of their way to ensure we got our bags into a taxi and got to our train on time.

No ac and when I say no ac I mean it was oppressively hot outside and inside- we were never able to cool down
La ubicación es perfecta ya que está en el centro de la ciudad.
El aparcamiento no está en el mismo hotel (hay que andar un poco) pero te hacen descuento.
El personal de recepción no habla español.

Location was phenomenal and the rooms were clean and modern!
Helpfulness of the staff really depended on the person at the reception desk. The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very knowledgeable, but when we inquired about a few other things over the course of our stay (e.g., help booking a driver for a visit to a local town, hours of operation of a popular museum, inquiry re: late check out) we had someone else who was not as helpful, didn't know as much about the surroundings, and didn't seem willing to go the extra mile to help. Additionally, we paid an additional fee for late check out but when we got back to our room for the final hour to pack and freshen up, they had shut off the air conditioning (buttons/switches would not work) so it was not very comfortable and we ended up leaving early.
