Friendly hotel in central position

Das Personal war jederzeit vorbildlich, egal mit wem wir zu tun hatten.

Cons:

Ich hatte bei der Buchung über booking.com ein Premium-Zimmer gebucht, das gemäß deutscher Beschreibung sowohl Blick auf den Fluss als auch auf die Stadt bietet. Dafür habe ich nochmal 30 € mehr bezahlt (190 statt 160 €). Tatsächlich gab es nur ein sehr beengtes Zimmer mit Blick in die belebte Gasse. Die Bilder des abgebildeten Zimmers entsprachen in keiner Weise der Realität. Die freundliche Dame am Empfang erklärte mir dazu, dass es sich immer um ein "entweder oder" bei den Aussichten des Zimmer handele. Ich fühlte mich ein bisschen ungerecht behandelt, worauf mir 15 % Nachlass oder das Frühstück für zwei Personen erlassen wurden.

Pros:

L’accueil, l’emplacement, le personnel très agréable, la propreté, la literie, le petit déjeuner. Malgré le brouhaha de la rue très passante, les fenêtres masquaient totalement le bruit 👍

Cons:

Pas de penderie pour les vêtements, uniquement des étagères et des patères dans le couloir. Placard mal conçu oú il faut se tordre pour accéder aux étagères, coffre et bar.
