Bon petit dejeuner

Cons:

La chambre n'etait pas prete à notre arrivee nous avion pris 2 lits jumeaux et seule une chambre à lit double etait faite...pres de 45 min d'attente pour finalement nous proposer une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple. A l' arrivee de cette chambre une odeur d'egouts ds la salle de bain obligées de laisser la porte de celle ci fermee et le lit une place etait plus un lit d'apoint mais confortable.
La personne de l' acceuil n'etait pas assez reactive et communicative.. Nous avons du à 2 reprises revenir la voir pour savoir où en etait la preparation de la chambre et la personne a ete limite desagreable mais a fini par se detendre quand j'ai retorqué.
Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit.
Dommage pour l'odeur de la chambre je ne sais pas si c'est un cas isolé ou tout l'etage mais in faudrait regler le pb. On avait tellement hate de nous poser avec la canicule qu'on a pas demander de changerde chambre.

Pros:

Le portier du nuit (27.06.26) était très gentil. Lit très agreable, chambre assez grand pour deux.

Cons:

L'eau pour se doucher un peut faible. Pas facile d'avoir une chambre au 5ème si handicapé ou autre car pas d'ascenseur.

What a great place to stay whilst in Annecy. It might be a little way from the lake but the distance doesn’t matter
Pros:

I liked everything about the property, everything was perfect, the lady that checked me in was absolutely amazing, very smiley and appreciative to my not so good French
