Pros:

Great hotel , lovely heated pool, food is nice - plenty of choice, rooms are spacious and comfy pillows and beds which is always a plus, the boy working on reception was lovely and always gave us a wave when we went past ☺️entertainment team also fab! Plenty of sun loungers so managed to get one at any time of the day, loads of restaurants and bars a couple minutes walk away, great experience can’t wait to return 🥰

Pros:

Hotel sympa et très bien placé, grande piscine et bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix !

Cons:

Hotel un peu impersonnel (beaucoup de monde) comme beaucoup des grands complexes à Playa de las Americas. Salle de sport qui pourrait-être bien mieux au vu du standing de l'hôtel

Lovely stay!
Pros:

We had a large pool view room with a huge comfortable bed and large mirrored wardrobes. It wasn’t modern and could do with bedside plug sockets but it was fine for us . Cleaners came every day . We had an issue with the aircon unit one evening which had leaked all over the dressing table and destroyed our prescription meds. Maintenance fixed it quickly. We went to a doctor and got new prescriptions and then to the pharmacy to fill them . It came to €181 and management reimbursed us in full . On top of that they sent a lovely fruit platter to our room . We were very impressed and thankful for this . All the staff were so friendly . Food was ok . Breakfast hit and miss but we always had something we really liked at dinner . We would definitely come back here

Pros:

4 night stay premier delux room. Perfect for our needs, cleaned daily and spacious. Can’t fault the breakfast(did not have any other meals) roof top pool nice and quiet(did not use other pool) staff friendly. Short 5 minute walk to local shops, restaurants and night life.

Not very good. Go to a different hotel
Pros:

The room was horrible and not comfortable. No kettle and cups and coffee and tea bags. Entertainment was not good. Tina turner more like drag queen. Food could be better. Rather go to a greasy spoon.
