Super rapport qualité-prix ! Ambiance familiale !
Pros:

Super petit hôtel à Puerto de la Cruz ! Personnel adorable, ambiance familiale, qui change des autres hôtels clubs. Ce n'est pas surpeuplé, et c'est très agréable ! Piscine super sympa avec toboggan, jaccuzi, et ensuite mini golf, billards etc...animations tous les soirs avec specta les sympas, mini disco, les enfants se sont éclatés ! Et le restaurant est très bon, franchement rien à dire par rapport à d'autres hôtels bien plus cher ! Un très très bon rapport qualité prix.
Chambre familiale avec lits superposés en theme château fort
Et le petit plus : un spa sur place pas cher et sympa !
Mention spéciale à Monica, super sympa ! 😉

Cons:

Rien car vraiment on sent que cet hôtel fait plein d'efforts et mérite vraiment de remonter sa note.

The pool was very beautiful, like the views from the room. Also, the hall was light and opened. The decoration of the room was pretty.

I expected a better breakfast. The noisy of the people was a little bit annoying. Also, the bathroom of the room is good, but it seems a little bit old.
