Cons:

Too noise. The sound of the interphone is too loud at night. Someone keeps ringing the bell at night for hours not sure if it is a prankster or guests trying to check in when there is no staff. The security of the outside is concerning. Strange people around. I think it needs to reinforce security around. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. It is really loud.

It worked.
Pros:

Stairs and part had no railing. Dark stairs until complained and then told how to get light on. Bathroom excellent. Clean.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Camilla Guelfa twice, and both times I’ve had an excellent experience.

The rooms are always very clean, organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from the train station, Ponte Vecchio, and most of Florence’s main attractions.

What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. During this stay, I needed to print some documents and arrange for FedEx to pick up my luggage to ship back to Brazil. The team was extremely accommodating and made everything so easy.

A special thank you to Alice for all her help and kindness. She really went above and beyond.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Posizione super, siamo arrivati a piedi dalla stazione percorrendo poche centinaia di metri, come per ogni punto di interesse: è tutto vicinissimo e raggiungibile a piedi. Staff super gentile e disponibile, servizi e pulizia Top.

Cons:

Essendo l'hotel situato in un palazzo storico, la disposizione delle camere non è ottimale, la nostra era praticamente a ridosso della reception, ma è andata peggio ad altri che avevano la camera nella sala colazioni.
