It was handled. Reception told us we were good to go to restaurant It was 5 minutes to closing Server was rude and said she would be right back never came back. A sandwich and portion of chips I don’t think would have been a huge inconvenience

Buena ubicación, a pocos minutos andando del mar. La zona de la piscina es bonita y agradable, y es probablemente uno de los mejores espacios del hotel.
El hotel tiene un problema claro de relación entre precio y nivel de servicio. Las tarifas corresponden a un hotel de categoría superior, pero la experiencia no está al mismo nivel.
El desayuno es insuficiente para la categoría y el precio del hotel. Aunque el servicio está anunciado hasta las 10:30, desde las 10:00-10:15 prácticamente dejan de reponer, por lo que la oferta al final del desayuno es muy limitada. El estándar debería mantenerse durante todo el horario de servicio.
La atención al cliente tampoco está a la altura. El servicio se percibe poco profesionalizado y falta consistencia en la atención y en los detalles.
La gestión de la terraza del comedor es otro punto claramente mejorable. Hay una presencia excesiva de palomas que se acercan a las mesas y se llevan la comida. Entendemos que no es un problema completamente controlable, pero sí es responsabilidad del hotel implementar medidas para minimizarlo.
También existe una falta evidente de planificación del mantenimiento. En pleno agosto se estaban realizando trabajos de pintura dentro del hotel y mantenimiento de las placas solares. El mantenimiento es necesario, pero realizar varias intervenciones simultáneamente en temporada alta y durante las horas de mayor actividad demuestra una planificación poco adecuada.
El estado de algunas instalaciones tampoco corresponde al precio del hotel. La zona de los ascensores y otras áreas presentan un desgaste evidente, y algunas de las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban bastante deterioradas.
En conjunto, el hotel tiene buenas bases, pero necesita elevar de forma significativa el nivel de servicio, mantenimiento, organización y atención al detalle, para justificar su precio de hotel premium.

Nos gustó mucho la piscina, sus instalaciones y servicios. Y también el restaurante y la cafetería, las instalaciones y la comida.
El servicio de la cafetería es un poco lento, pero son muy amables.

El hotel es muy cómodo, el restaurante está genial y todo el personal es muy amable.
Lo único mejorable para mí sería la temperatura de la piscina, demasiado caliente, pero siempre pasa en Alicante en verano si no está refrigerada.
Es ist ein wirklich feines, elegantes Hotel. Alle Details passen hier: nicht zu groß, ruhig, toller Pool, exzellente Ausstattung, gutes Essen und nah zum Strand.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen!
Super Lage - nur 2 Gehminuten zum Strand, keine 5 Gehminuten zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle; schöner Pool mit Getränkeservice; sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet; Klimaanlage ließ sich gut steuern;
Nach dem Check Out durfte man sowohl den Pool noch benutzen inkl. Handtücher als auch einen Umkleideraum inkl Dusche, ebensfalls mit Handtüchern.
Die Toilette im Zimmer ist kein eigener Raum und nur durch eine Glastüre getrennt - aber dafür kann nur der Architekt etwas ;)

Excellent hotel, we stayed in a panorama room and had a beautiful view of the beach. Hotel staff very kind and accommodating. The pool was serene and the beach was across the street. Free parking, highly recommend.
