Tudo! Excelente hotel. Aos pés da maravilhosa praia de San Juan. Quartos amplos e varandas com vista do mar. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com variedade. Estacionamento próprio com vagas amplas. Funcionários muito amáveis e que resolvem tudo muito rapidamente. Voltarei com absoluta certeza.

Die Lage war toll, direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand , Frühstücks Platz war sehr schön gestaltet und es war sehr lecker mit vielen frischen Produkten , leider keine Spiegeleier …

Polite and helpful staff. Location is great, at walking distance from a wide beach and beautiful seaside restaurants. The hotel is carefully curated. Our room was very nicely decorated and functional. The pool area is great, and can also be enoyed on the day of the checkout, making use of the convenient showers located on the main floor. We did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, but it looks very nice and the prices are reasonable. The rooms are quiet, luminous and carefully clean. We had a spacious terrace with a great view, and the electronic safebox and kettle for preparing coffe or tea are greatly appreciated.
There is a convenient tram nearby to reach the Alicante or Benidorm city center in around 20minutes
The buffet-style breakfast is not included and i found it somewhat pricy. The bathroom of our room had an open space design, so it might be a privacy issue for some. It was not for us, but would advice to inform onself about different bathroom layouts if enjoying more privacy is a priorty.
The staff were exceptional and made a real positive impact on our stay. Special shout outs to Ramon, Rodrigo, Carlos and Liana. Apologies for not getting the names of other excellent food and drink staff.
