Cons:

Check-in experience was not very good and room quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel - it was not in line with 4-star. Beds were quite uncomfortable and made with just a fitted sheet. Room quality could be better.

La mejor playa peninsular es la de San Juan (y Famara la de Lanzarote). El hotel es nuestro Faro.

No conseguí reservar en Casa Julio para la comida, por lo que nos quedamos en el hotel. Calidad y servicio excelente, por lo que realizamos todas las comidas en el hotel.

Maravilhoso hotel
Pros:

Tudo! Excelente hotel. Aos pés da maravilhosa praia de San Juan. Quartos amplos e varandas com vista do mar. Pequeno almoço muito bom, com variedade. Estacionamento próprio com vagas amplas. Funcionários muito amáveis e que resolvem tudo muito rapidamente. Voltarei com absoluta certeza.
