Pros:

Poor customer service refunded us the “complimentary tea and coffee” at reception when in your room it explicitly says it’s free but they refused. I would abide at all costs

I wouldn’t bother if your not Spanish
Pros:

Location excellent couldn’t ask for better. Bar staff attentive. Restaurant staff and reception will ignore you if you’re not Spanish. This hotel is only for Spanish people, everything is geared up for the Spanish food, Spanish entertainment and if you have children be aware the entertainer will only speak Spanish I would advise to choose a different hotel. Please also be advised there are leaks everywhere, the lifts the rooms every the reception. The pool was above average for the area. Jet 2 have downgraded this for a reason but the price is still 4 star

Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése jó, a személyzet alapvetően kedves és segítőkész volt, de volt olyan recepciós, aki nem is köszönt.

Cons:

A szálloda állapota nincs igazán összhangban a képekkel.
A szoba hangszigetelése borzalmas. Az utcáról és a környező szobákból minden zaj behallatszik a zárt ajtók és ablakok ellenére is, és ez lehetetlenné teszi a pihenést. Az utcán ordibáló, bulizó tömeg hangja még a 12. emeleten is pontosan hallható. Ha valaki a felső szinten lehúzza a wc-t, azt több emelettel lentebb is lehet hallani, vagy ha szomszéd szobában valaki nézi a tv-t.
A reggeli eléggé egysíkú volt, és a választék is limitált. Egyik nap a reggelitől gyomorrontást kaptam, ami meglehetősen rányomta a bélyegét a nyaralásra. Továbbá kissé meglepő volt, hogy a reggelinél a kávét nem engedték a teraszra kivinni.
A medence nem rossz, de lehetne kicsit nagyobb.
