El personal es muy amable, especialmente las camareras de piso y Kenia, la animadora, que nos entretuvo con mucho cariño a los niños y solo querían estar con ella. El hotel está un poco anticuado, pero se puede estar perfectamente y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Poco presupuesto para animación y juegos para un hotel de tres estrellas. Tampoco tienen una nevera en la habitación. Todo muy básico.

Hotel tranquilo con personal muy amable y servicial!
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable de principio a fin. Desde el check-in, que fue rápido y eficiente, se percibía la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Además, se respetaron todas las peticiones que habíamos indicado en la reserva, algo que siempre se agradece.

La habitación era cómoda, con una gran terraza y un baño amplio. El restaurante ofrecía una buena variedad de comida cada día y el bar fue un lugar perfecto para seguir todos los partidos del Mundial. Además, los precios de las bebidas eran bastante económicos.

En conjunto, la relación calidad-precio es excelente y la atención recibida hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel al 100 %. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo y, en especial, a Lola, del departamento de Restauración, por su amabilidad y excelente atención!
