Experiencia muy recomendable
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, perfecta para moverse a pié de un lado a otro. Además, las instalaciones son muy cómodas, resaltando la tranquilidad en las habitaciones y el buenísimo trato del personal.

Cons:

En mi opinión, lo único a mejorar sería la poca variedad del buffet. Aunque la comida está muy buena, tienes poco donde elegir.

Hygiëne liet soms echt wel te wensen over zoals vb de eetzaal. In mijn beleving werd de vloer daar 1x p/w geveegd

Great stay, will be back
Pros:

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was quiet and bed was very comfortable so got very good sleeps. Breakfast had a good variety and food was fresh. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

No tea/coffee facilities in room, but not a major complaint just would be nice to have it.

Good hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms, good location. Very clean. Recommended for a stay in Benidorm.

Cons:

Breakfast was not particularly nice and lacked choice. 8am start of service also meant that I could not have breakfast I paid for on day of departure as needed to leave by 7:45. Lift was not working one day and I was on 5th floor.
