Pros:

The staff were really lovely, especially Carmen on Reception who went above and beyond to help and even organised our airport transfer for 5am.....Jose the bar staff was also very accommodating, pleasant and his personal touches to the bar area made it very welcoming......

Cons:

The first hotel room (triple room) was very small, however, when we mentioned it to Reception they moved us to a room that was big enough. The breakfast was often not hot enough but there are plenty cold options available

A well run, friendly hotel. Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner/lunch was well presented with different choices every day. Friendly and efficient staff.

Although clean I think the bathroom needs refurbishment.
