Thinks its something it's not
Pros:

Beds comfortable Breakfast excellent food however waiting staff a bit rude

Cons:

Hair dryer not working and took 30 minutes to get a spare.... also the handle was broken on the shower door but as we stayed just one night that wasn't really an issue but we feel the room should be checked that everything is in good working order before guests arrive

Breakfast service was extremely slow, with staff often getting order wrong.
Ground floor rooms very noisy as in reception and staff do not keep their voices low.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Benidorm Old Town

This is a superb hotel in a brilliant position in Benidorm. We stayed in a balcony room and loved the views across the beach.

Third time we have stayed here and a thoroughly enjoyable stay with extremely good staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff who made us very welcome.

Cons:

The location being at the top of a steep hill. Partner has mobility issues and found it hard walking up the hill.

Stunning Hotel and Location
Pros:

Wow this hotel is amazing. If you're looking for a stylish hotel in the Old Town the RH Canfali is the place to be.
The staff were lovely..the breakfast was exceptional and the sea view room WAS just WOW. It was so worth paying the extra for. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi was a bonus too.
It's an expensive place to stay in the Old Town but you get what you pay for and I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

We visit RH Canfali regularly. We have travelled the world and RH Canfali is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Christian, on reception, goes above and beyond to make your stay special. 10 out of 10

Comfort op een prachtige plek. Op mijn jaarlijkse fietstocht bezoek ik dit hotel al jaren.

Cons:

Kamers zijn wat krap. Restaurant is goed maar aan de prijs.
