Had a one night stay in the RH Canfali Benidorm . Really nice hotel I the absolutely prime spot for the old town. Staff
Pros:

Really clean, modern hotel right on the coast . A1 location for Benidorm old town and the beach. Staff were just great, outstanding breakfast !!

Cons:

Little bit difficult to get to in a car but i expected that, once you do it the first time
No problem

Pros:

Breakfast is freshly cooked to order rather than served as a buffet, which makes it feel much more special. The quality of the food is excellent. The hotel also provides a voucher for two glasses of cava, served with a blackberry, peanuts, and high-quality crisps, just a lovely touch. The location is superb, just a short walk from the famous tapas street.

Pros:

Great location and amazing views, right where we wanted to be in Benidorm. Breakfast was excellent too and we enjoyed having it in D’Vora, again great views.

Cons:

There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room and it was a battle to get a temporary fix on the first night and again to change rooms the next day!! Not what we were expecting

Very good
Pros:

We stayed in room 004, which had a huge amazing terrace, with spectacular views over the bay and the sea, and was truely stunning.

Cons:

Everytime we went up on the roof to sunbathe, or use the hot tub, there were large groups of guys, literally taking the place over, and after a couple of days of that, we never even bothered to go up there, i was surprised because it was a very high quality boutique hotel, that was the only negative.

Buona struttura, ma troppi disservizi per un soggiorno di una sola notte.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a 4 stelle per una sola notte. La posizione è centrale, sulla collina che porta al mirador, ma la salita ripida a piedi lo rende un po' scomodo se si decide di rimanere per più giorni.
Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata penalizzata dalla camera assegnata: una stanza al piano terra, per persone con mobilità ridotta, situata proprio adiacente all'ingresso, alla reception e all'ascensore. Di conseguenza, abbiamo sentito costantemente il rumore degli ospiti che entravano, uscivano o si fermavano a chiacchierare, oltre la musica di sottofondo. Inoltre, il bagno per disabili era sprovvisto di vetro protettivo nella doccia, il che causava l'allagamento completo del pavimento a ogni utilizzo. La camera non corrispondeva affatto alle foto viste su Booking, e la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza non è stata purtroppo accolta.
Nota positiva per la pulizia generale, anche se in doccia c'erano alcuni punti visibilmente arrugginiti, dettaglio che non ci si aspetta da un quattro stelle. Nota di demerito anche per la vasca idromassaggio sul tetto, davvero piccolissima. Nel complesso, abbiamo avuto la netta sensazione di essere trattati come "clienti di serie B" solo per via del nostro soggiorno breve. PS. I rumori erano così forti da poterlo registrare col lo smartphone da dentro la stanza.
