The amount of the stay will be paid in full at the time of entry and this amount is nonrefundable in case of early departure.

The towels provided by the hotel are for use in the room and in no case may they be used for the pool and / or beach.

It will be considered as a group 3 or more rooms that are booked together for the same dates even if the bookings are made separately and under different names.
In case of receiving one or more bookings that can be considered as a group by putting together the total number of rooms, Hotel El Palmeral under its own discretion can apply admission rights or apply different policies regardless of those specified in the bookings.
Under no circumstances will Hotel El Palmeral take responsibility for any expenses derived from the relocation and/or any additional expenses these unauthorized groups may incur into.

Location is fantastic! The food was subpar. I don’t recommend paying for the breakfast or lunch there. We paid for break

Super close to the beach! The pool was nice small but functional.

Cons:

Wasn’t the warmest or friendliest hotel we have been. Staff were polite yes but lack warmth. Seemed like we were in their way more than anyway else. Didn’t seem very open to non Spanish speaking guests. I would not recommend.
I couldn’t take a yogurt back to my husband in the room who missed breakfast as he was on a work call. Never before has a hotel not let me do that.

No volvería. No he descansado y encima he tenido que pelear para encontrarme un baño limpio

La localización está genial, el chico de el bar es muy amable y el recepcionista de la noche también.
Me gusta que puedan entrar mascotas.

Cons:

Encontramos el baño muy sucio nada más llegar (pasta de dientes en el lavabo, pelos y polvo por todas partes). Nadie lo había limpiado. Decidimos decirle a la mujer de la limpieza lo que habíamos encontrado sin querer crear problemas simplemente que lo limpiara y nos puso en duda de forma muy mal educada y malhumorada.
Cuando le contamos a la recepcionista la situación no estuvo para nada a la altura con su respuesta y su poca simpatía.
Muy ruidoso , a partir de las 8 de la mañana empiezan a mover las camas arrastrando los muebles y despertando a todos sin ninguna consideración. Las paredes son muy finas.
