Pros:

Chambre familiale grande et spacieuse. Mini frigo appréciable.
Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant et discret. La piscine est un plus. Plein de places de parking.
Nous n’avons pris aucun repas sur place.
Il n’y a rien à proximité à pied, la voiture est indispensable.
Nous avons passés un bon séjour

Cons:

Les navettes qui font le trajet À/R au centre de Santiago ne sont pas assez grandes (16 personnes).
Les lits doubles sont trop petits. Difficile de bien dormir à 2 dedans.

Cons:

Le bruit aux alentours quand on est à l'extérieur (plusieurs autoroutes au loin).

Heel goed hotel op een mooie locatie, shuttle busservicenaar het centrum was ook ideaal.
Pros:

Bij het inchecken uitgebreid uitleg gehad door een medewerker, echt super compleet verhaal over hotel en omgeving en uiteraard de oude stad.
Toen we op de kamer kwamen een kleine tegenvaller, we hadden aparte bedden gevraagd en dat was niet het geval.
Toch even proberen bij de incheck balie, en na veel gepuzzel een kamer wissel en jazeker 2 aparte grote bedden.
Top service noemen we dat!!!

El hotel , el personal , el desayuno inmejorables!
El hotel se encuentra alejado pero disponen de transporte gratuito hasta el centro desde las 10:00 hasta las 22:00 horas , lo que hace la estancia comodisima.
Excelente experiencia.Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Santiago!

Decent American style hotel with uninspired staff.
Pros:

The property is a traditional hotel you expect to see in the US. It has many areas to enjoy and relax around the hotel. I would have enjoyed something from the bar, but there was no server in sight. They have a bell, but multiple dings and 15 minutes of waiting we decided to go elsewhere.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the room. It smelled like tobacco. We asked to change the room immediately, but they said they were at capacity and showed empathy. It was basically take it or leave it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and jaded from the amount of Camino Santiago tourists that pass by.

Net hotel, vinkt de boxes om aan 4 sterren te komen.

Kamer netjes, let op twijfelaars als bedden. Ontbijt was goed, veel keuze. Meneer van taxi bus was vriendelijk. Fijn dat er een busje reed naar het centrum.

Cons:

3 dagen voor verblijf ontvingen we mail dat zwembad vanwege privé bijeenkomst vanaf 15 uur dicht was voor ons als gasten. Hotel vond dat ze dit op tijd hadden doorgegeven gegeven, wij vinden van niet, omdat we op zo’n korte termijn niet een andere vergelijkbare accommodatie konden vinden. Aantal bedjes bij het zwembad wat weinig voor de grote van het hotel.
Er is elektronica verdwenen van onze kamer en management heeft geen contact met ons opgenomen nadat we hierom verzocht hadden bij de receptie. Ik verwacht anders van een hotel met 4*
