Pros:

Swimming pool and shuttle service, breakfast

Cons:

Lack of amenities in the room, some reception's staff unfriendly.
You felt that the hotel was in financial distress and everything that could be cut was cut.

El hotel en general muy bien

Cons:

La atención y falta de interès por parte de la camarera en el bar/restaurante.
Bajamos a tomar un té con mi madre, al servirlo en la mesa se le cayó accidentalmente el agua muy caliente sobre mi madre, no supo reaccionar, quiso traer hielo cuando está prohíbo (formación básica de primeros auxilios) mi hermana tuvo que ir a buscar agua fría y un paño para poder colocarle en la pierna…no nos proporcionó una crema para las quemaduras, en ningún momento se molestó en volver a preguntar si estaba bien. Por otra parte dejó todo el líquido derramado en la mesa y suelo.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit internationalem Flair
Pros:

Die kleinen Villen, die angeboten waren sind inklusive Garage und haben sich für unsere Übernachtung hervorragend geeignet. Kleiner Balkon/Terrasse dabei.

Cons:

Distance from town, however the hourly shuttle bus compensated for this. It would be helpful if the shuttle bus hours could be extended 1 or 2 more hours in the evening

The views, the presentation and facilities. The restaurant, the prices. The gardens….all superb.

Cons:

The room was very dark, and gloomy. ( My wife has sight problems and found it difficult. It’s also a bit far out of SantiagoDC, although the minibus service is good.
