Excellent day and will definitely return
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and very quiet. Lovely pool.

Cons:

The fact that the shuttle bus into town only works in the morning and late afternoon not throughout the day, so it made getting back to The Hotel very difficult as we couldn’t find any Taxis available.

Cons:

Pedimos cama matrimonio, nos dieron 2 camas.
Baño con bañera, grande pero incomoda. Nuestra habitación daba a un parking con 2 torres de extracción de aire o algo parecido , se encendían cada 2 x 3 y el ruido traspasado el doble cristal de las ventanas, fue complicado poder descansar.
Mobiliario antiguo .
Por el precio que pagamos x noche, me esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Comodidad y excelencia.
Pros:

Habitación amplia y súper cómoda, la atención del personal fue excelente, utilice el gimnasio y tenía lo necesario.

Cons:

Era necesario reservar en el restaurante y a mi hora de llegada ya todo estaba ocupado.

stay was very nice but did not warrant the price point
Pros:

very comfortable beds with blackout curtains and gorgeous grounds. location is a bit remote but the free shuttle to historic town is very helpful

Cons:

our bathroom had a foul odor i suspect from a plumbing issue that was not addressed during our stay. staff attention was mixed, some very cordial, others rather indifferent.

Outstanding. We’d be back in a shot.
Pros:

There wasn’t anything not to like. From helpful staff to an elegant and extremely spacious room, lovely grounds to gleaming public spaces, our stay was superb. Breakfast was outstanding and having a chef on hand to prepare omelettes to order is always a plus. We particularly appreciated the free shuttle to the city centre 8 times a day, which made the distance from the city no issue for us.

Cons:

We didn’t find anything to criticise.
