Pros:

A recepção foi excelente. Há um restaurante e também um bar/café no hotel. Muito prático. O estacionamento foi incluído na reserva.

Cons:

Os travesseiros não são muito confortáveis. Não é tão perto da zona monumental, mas eu já sabia disso quando reservei. Registro aqui, apenas a título de informação.

Excelente opção em Santiago.
Pros:

Os quartos amplos e comfortáveis, as casas de banho também. A piscina é razoável. O restaurante é bom, e o pequeno-almoço cumpre com as expectativas.
