Angenehmes, unspektakuläres Hotel

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr ansprechend. Alles modern und sauber, die Handtücher liebevoll platziert.
Direkte Busverbindung nach Santiago.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet nicht unbedingt die Auswahl, die man von großen Hotelketten gewohnt ist, aber war okay.

Pros:

Los camareros del bar eran encantadores y muy amables con las mascotas. La limpieza de la habitación . Las zonas de fuera , un gran jardin para qje el perro pueda salir

Las almohadas. Además es un hotel para estar allí el pueblo no tiene nada .

Cons:

Pagar 78 euros por haber pedido el desayuno para 3 personas y cuando bajamos mas tarde al querer anular el transfert al aeropuerto nos enteramos que nuestro desayuno debian ser sobre 37 euros con la taxa turistica.
Como la recepcionista no nos dio una factura por lo que pagamos ,miraron la caja y en el ordenador salio 37 con algo.
Hay casi 40 euros de diferencia,quedaron de preguntarle el lunes pk la señora ya no estaba y nunca nos dijeron nada.
Para nosotros esta claro lo que paso pero como es una persona que ya lleva años alli no tienen porque desconfiar de ella.
Si alguien mas ha tenido este problema ,por favor comuniquenlo para que no siga pasando.
Yo entiendo k un error lo tiene cualquiera,lo raro es que los 40 euros de mas noi estuvieran en la caja...Ahi lo dejo
Por lo demas el hotel es sensacional,un desayuno excellente y variado y el restaurante de lo mejor.

Really a surprisingly good hotel, very professionally run - with delicious food.
Pros:

Everything was spotless. The staff at reception were excellent.
We had a wonderful steak sandwich delivered late at night for an in-room meal. Delicious and filling.

Cons:

The breakfast is a little "minimalist", and certainly over-priced for what is available - not exactly brimming with choices! Also, it seemed to take an immense time to have anything replenished - cheese ran out, fruit ran out, rolls ran out....
