Al rientro, intorno all'una di notte, ho trovato la porta della camera aperta. Ho chiesto delle spiegazioni e non ho avuto risposta. Per fortuna avevo portato con me, gli oggetti di valore.

Everything was clean and pleasant, great location, comfortable bed.

Cons:

We arrived in the morning but couldn't get into the room earlier. Even though I had messaged on Booking that we would arrive early, no one replied, which was unpleasant. Furthermore, luggage storage was only available for an extra fee

Egy hosszú hétvégére teljesen megfelelő
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a metró, City Life bevásárlóudvar, Tre Torri, San Siro gyalogosan elérhető. A szoba kicsi, de tiszta.

Cons:

A fürdőszoba picike, meleg víz csak 10 perces folyatás után jött. A folyosóról a zajok nagyon behallatszottak. A reggeli választék nem túl bőséges, de a szálloda méretének, jellegének megfelelő.

The receptionists were very feiendly

Cons:

Towels were not replaced but instead folded and placed again on our beds. Noticed same makeup stain on one of them.

Bathroom was not very comfortable a lot of water leak from the shower.

Ottimo posizione e staff sempre disponibile e cordiale. Colazione abbastanza varia. Una nota di merito per il caffè appena fatto al bar dell'hotel, non il solito caffè lungo da termos.

Cons:

Ho pernottato per due notti, quindi mi aspettavo che, durante la pulizia della camera del secondo giorno, ci fosse il cambio degli asciugamani, cosa non avvenuta. Per il resto tutto ok.

Bien mais peut mieux faire !
Pros:

L'hôtel se trouve tout près de la station de métro Lotto, dans un quartier relativement calme. Personnel agréable mais faisant le strict minimum. La chambre avait une taille correcte pour un lit d'une personne.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur, pas de salle d'attente (je suis arrivée très tôt avant de pouvoir prendre ma chambre), ni même de toilettes pour les clients. On vous garde votre valise en attendant votre "arrivée officielle" et votre "départ officiel" mais cela vous coûte 8 à 10 euros à chaque fois. La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain très vieillotte (fuite au réservoir des toilettes qui suinte constamment et qui présente de longues traces de moisi, pommeau de douche si haut qu'inaccessible, tapis de douche douteux...)

inseguridad y desconfianza

el edificio no cuenta con ascensor
cobran por uno dejar las maletas antes d el checkin cuando ningun hotel hace eso
nosotros llegamos el domingo 3 mayo temprano y dejamos las maletas oir que saliamos d paseo al lago de como
al regreso en la noche nos cobraron el haber guardado las maletas aun que nosotros ya habiamos pagado el total d el costo de los dias hosédados

aparte nos dijeron que teniamos que dejarles los pasaportes hasta que dejaramos el alojamiento cuando por seguridad uno tiene que portas el pasaporte a donde uno vaya

aparte teniamos que dejar las llaves en porteria t eso le genera a uno desconfianza por los articulos personales de uno en la habitacion

nosotros hablamos esa noche con la encargada del hotel le dijimos que pagabamos entonces el alojamiento de esa primera noche y el bodegaje de las maletas y procedimos a retirarnos del hotel por toda la desconfianza quenos genero

les solicitamos el reembolo del dinero de los dias lunes 4, martes 5, miercoles 6, jueves 7 ya que no usamos el hotel dichos dias
