La gentilezza dello staff, ti accomodano in tutto e al ristorante si mangia benissimo

Hotel per lavoratori, per lo piu muratori o comunque gente da cantiere, grandi squadre e molto rumorosi, almeno quando ci sono stato io

Pros:

Pulito. Mi era stata assegnata una stanza con vasca da bagno pur avendo avvisato che ero in sedia a rotelle che mi è stata prontamente sostituita.

Cons:

Molto datato e non comodo né il letto né le stanze decisamente strette soprattutto in sedia a rotelle.

Pros:

Personale gentile e preparato, siamo arrivati in giornata per un concerto e siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza immensa.
Ne abbiamo approfittato per mangiare un boccone a cena, cibo buonissimo tutto fatto da loro (prodotti tipici di Ferrara). La cameriera é stata molto gentile e preparata sulla presentazione del menù.
Camera pulita, ampia e ben arredata. Nulla da ridire, rapporto Qualità / prezzo più che ottimo.
L'unica " nota" negativa, il letto leggermente scomodo ma accettabile, non influirà sicuramente sul mio giudizio. D'altronde la perfezione non la si troverà mai da nessuna parte!
