Great staff but I would like to see the same folks over my 2 day stay. They seem to rotate shift more often than other hotels

Outstanding hotel and kind staff which will make your stay in Salamanca very special
Pros:

This hotel was outstanding. They contacted us in advance to check our arrival time and get our room ready for us (including our preferred temperature!). From the moment we arrived the hotel staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful - they knew it was our honeymoon and had sparkling wine waiting in our room, they gave us a great list of things to see in the short time we were in Salamanca, and arranged for a picnic breakfast to take in the car as we were leaving early. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. There was a proper turn down service (and lovely toiletries). I can’t wait to come back to this hotel in the future - it’s a gem.

The Hotel Rector provided any excellent base for our 3 night stay in Salamanca.
Pros:

A very well run hotel. The service from all the staff was excellent. Our bedroom was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met our expectations.

We had a superb family holiday and will be back.

Increíble Hotel en una magnífica zona , ubicación inmejorable , atención sensacional , Andrea , Teresa , Eva y Eduardo su propio dueño quien atiende también al público hicieron que nuestro paso por Salamanca sea soñado. Garage , desayuno. Están en cada detalle. Nos dieron unas atenciones para continuar nuestro viaje

Heerlijk.
Pros:

Dit was echt een van de fijnste hotels ooit. En dat kwam met name door de persoonlijke benadering, iedereen was super aardig, elke avond lag er een kaartje op het bed met een cadeautje erbij en altijd iets lekkers als we einde middag terugkwamen in de kamer. Daarnaast was het ook verder perfect, super mooi hotel, heerlijk ontbijt in een mooie sfeervolle zaal, goede locatie, heerlijk groot bed, fijne badkamer, kleine maar fijne gym.. We willen heel graag terugkomen.
