Okay for a one night stay - the common spaces of the hotel were great but the rooms were basic.
Pros:

Location is excellent - near the old city and walkable to Porto Nuova train station. The Secret Garden breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast foods were tasty.

Cons:

Mattress and pillows not great in our room and a couple tiles in the bathroom floor were in disrepair - they stuck to your foot and lifted out if you walked bare foot.

Good value for money
Pros:

Good value for money, located between train station and city center (10 min each way walking distance). Personnel super friendly. Simple but good breakfast with a lot of choices for italian breakfast standards. Room was very clean. Aircon saved us from high temperatures.

Cons:

carpet in the room the furniture was outdated, small rooms for 2 days ok but not a lot of space to store stuff when you are 2 persons. Bathroom renovated but a bit small.

Pros:

Gute Lage zum Zentrum (Arena) und trotzdem ruhig. Hotel ist außergewöhnlich, komfortable Betten und Zimmer mit historischen Charme. Frühstück im "geheimen" Garten (Hinterhof) sehr romantisch und im Sommer angenehm. Rezeptionspersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kurzer Weg zur Altstadt . Premium Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Premium Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Den Balkon hätten wir uns sparen können, da man eh nicht dort sitzen konnte. Die Lage war zwar gut , aber schon sehr laut durch den Verkehr.

Das Frühstück im Innenhof Secret Garden war wirklich sehr schön. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. In 15 Minuten bist du bei der Arena. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Uns hat das Hotel gut gefallen. Es war schon etwas besonderes, besonders der Innenhof
Pros:

Nachdem wir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten bekamen, haben wir gar keinen Grund zur Reklamation

Cons:

da viele Gäste im Haus waren, hatten wir Pech, als Spätsugsteher war das Angebot des Frühstücks bereits vergriffen bis auf wenige Ausnahmen

Ein tolles Erlebnis! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Dame und der Herr an der Rezeption waren extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, ein schönes, altes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Secret Garden war sehr gut! Ein besonderer Flair!
