Negligencia en la limpieza.

Cons:

La toalla de baño estaba sucia, cuando te metes en la ducha y vas a salir, coges la toalla te encuentras con la sorpresa de que no la puedes usar porque la persona encargada de la limpieza y colocación de la toalla no ha hecho su trabajo correctamente (eso se ve al doblarla).

La ubicación y el servicio en el desayuno .Nos dejaron acceder a la habitación una hora antes de la hora del check in oficial.

Cons:

Reservamos esta estancia en Crisol porque dos días antes ya estuvimos alojados en él y quedamos encantados con sus espectaculares vistas a la catedral sentados en la mesa con 4 sillas .4 camas. Todo cómodo y espacio .En esta segunda estancia ,nos pasan a otro edificio ,la suite familiar mucho más antigua e incómoda(sólo había mesilla para posar y cargar el teléfono en una cama ,el tope de la puerta del baño lo pisas al salir de la ducha,1 silla..). Eso sí ,nos invitan a pagar la estancia completa con el garaje cuando aún no teníamos ni la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación .Ante la decepción del lugar le pedimos si nos puede ubicar en el mismo edificio que el primer día ,ya que hemos reservado el mismo tipo de suite y nos lo niegan . Así que ya saben!! cuando reserven expliciten que quieren pasar su estancia en el edificio principal . A la hora de irnos ,nos toca la misma chica en recepción que las gracias por la estancia se le olvidan pero apresurarse a cobrar lo del minibar era prioridad. Una pena que con la experiencia maravillosa que tuvimos la primera vez ,saliésemos decepcionados ,aunque volveremos porque especificando el edificio ,merece la pena dormir viendo de frente la catedral de Burgos.

Pros:

Posizione fantastica a lato della cattedrale in pieno centro storico, a due passi dal fiume, perfetta per scoprire a piedi la città piena di ristoranti e negozi. Arrivati in auto abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, che comunque avrebbe avuto un parcheggio privato ad un giusto prezzo. La camera e il bagno erano molto grandi e con letti comodissimi.

Amazing cathedral view from the room. I appreciate the cleanliness and location of the hotel.
Pros:

The property is adjacent to the cathedral with beautiful views from our room widow. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the hotel is keep up nicely. The property is very quite and close to everything.

Cons:

The property is up on a hill and we didn’t know about the “back”road route to the hotel which would have avoided the stairs. We had to climb quite a lot of stairs with our bags to get to the hotel lobby to check in. He king out and going downhill or via the paved road was. Icy easier.

We also don’t spend a lot of time in the hotel room when we travel as we like to be out enjoying the city. However, I use the room to shower, dress and sleep. It is always nice to have a decent bath/ shower towel which this hotel did not.

The air conditioner was a must and did the job to cool the room down during the hot July month. The hotel needs homage / clean the air intake filter and the a.c. Unit ma6 have worked much better.

Hotel bijna op het plein van de kathedraal
Pros:

We hadden kamer geboekt met uitzicht op de kathedraal..FANTASTISCH!!
lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt staat heet water voor thee op een hoog wankel kastje, vond ik beetje gevaarlijk..waarom niet gewoon op een stevige tafel?
