Wonderful location, great staff.
Pros:

The location is stunning. The view from the bedroom of the cathedral is exceptional. The staff on check-in were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices in a lovely room.

Great location and unique style, but limited gluten-free options
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and well-informed about the hotel and the city. The room with a view of the cathedral was the highlight (very clean and with an excellent bathroom), in addition to the great breakfast for guests with no intolerances or allergies. The hotel is near the city center and has a very unique decor and furniture.

Cons:

One point that could be improved is accessibility. The city itself has several issues regarding this, with many staircases and few ramps, both for people with reduced mobility and for tourists with heavy suitcases. For celiac guests, the breakfast could be better: there was only one type of bread and one type of muffin every day, with no separate toaster to avoid cross-contamination. I missed having gluten-free cakes and biscuits.
