Todo perfecto. Hemos ido varias veces. Nos encanta el sitio y la atención que siempre recibimos. Sin duda repetiremos.

O Atendimento na recepção foi péssima, atendente nem olhava na nossa cara, mal respondia as nossas perguntas. A impressão que deu é que não gostam de turistas ou não gostam de Brasileiros. Uma pena porque o hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado.

A lovely hotel spoilt by unhelpful reception staff

The location was excellent, and the building impressive. A great breakfast and a lovely big room and bathroom

Cons:

Soundproofing with next door room was poor, we could hear the entire neighbours conversation, their tv and their hair dryer. The lady in reception was not at all helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for an Italian and she said NO! all the restaurants were full and she couldn’t help us! There was no chance of finding food. However we found a little square with four good restaurants only 50 metres away and had no problem getting a reservation at a good pizza restaurant!
