Pros:

Really quaint old mill. The bar is like being in a museum. We used it as a base for walking. Restaurant really good food.

Cons:

WiFi coverage poor. Breakfast to early and short; we missed it on first night.

Bellissimo hotel immerso nella natura
Pros:

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con camere molto spaziose. Soggiorno di una sola notte con la famiglia (4 persone). Avevamo una camera matrimoniale molto grande, più due letti singoli nel soggiorno con cucina "nascosta" in un mobile...bellissima soluzione per chi vuole arrangiarsi a cucinare qualcosa (c'era tutto l'occorrente, piatti, pentole, addirittura la lavastoviglie), c'era anche un tavolo e 4 sedie.
Noi abbiamo usufruito della colazione a buffet, c'è davvero tutto, anche per chi ha intolleranze, basta chiedere.
Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte...se dovessi tornare in zona di sicuro sceglierei la stessa struttura.

Cons:

Il rumore del fiume sottostante, anche se con le finestre chiuse, il fiume che scorre veloce si sente parecchio (nel caso chiedere una stanza lontana dal fiume).
La doccia era senza piatto, nonostante le ante a vetro, se non si fa un po' di attenzione si rischia di bagnare tutto il pavimento del bagno. Purtroppo lo spazio non è molto e sicuramente è l' unica soluzione possibile.

In Ordnung aber mit Einschränkungen..
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, allerdings mit einigen Einschränkungen.
Leider haben wir den Eindruck, dass wir nicht das eigentlich gebuchte „Deluxe-Zimmer“ erhalten haben. Die Bilder auf Booking.com entsprachen jedenfalls nicht dem Zimmer, das wir vor Ort bekommen haben – das fanden wir wirklich schade. Für eine Nacht wollten wir deswegen keinen großen Aufstand machen, trotzdem sollte so etwas von Anfang an korrekt sein.
Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, wirkte aber insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Bad fiel auf, dass der Duschkopf stark verkalkt war und der Wasserdruck sehr schwach. Auch der Duschvorhang war leider sehr unvorteilhaft angebracht, sodass nach dem Duschen praktisch das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Der toskanische Charme des Hauses hat grundsätzlich etwas Besonderes, wurde hier jedoch eher weniger schön umgesetzt, da vieles einfach abgewohnt wirkt. Selbst ein frischer Anstrich scheint an manchen Stellen zu fehlen.
Außerdem fanden wir es etwas schade, dass das Hotel insgesamt eher „geschlossen“ wirkte. Dadurch fehlte uns ein wenig die einladende Atmosphäre, weshalb wir uns letztlich entschieden haben, auswärts essen zu gehen.

Für eine Übernachtung war das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es für uns allerdings eher nichts gewesen.

Cons:

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir aber das sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal. Sowohl der Empfang als auch die Verabschiedung waren wirklich herzlich und angenehm.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr willkommen, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Besonders schön war außerdem der historische Hintergrund des Hauses mit der integrierten Wassermühle – das hat definitiv Charme.

Un osso di Pace a brevissima distanza da Collodi e strategicamente tra Lucca e Pistoia. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

La doccia senza piatto e con box da “montare” risulta poco pratica.

Piacevole soggiorno in mezzo al verde in un’antica cartiera del ‘700
Pros:

Bellissima cartiera del ‘700 convertita in albergo. Camere spaziose e caratteristiche. Ottima la posizione in mezzo al verde. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e buona con ottimi dolci fatti in casa. Bar sempre aperto e rispettoso dello stile dell’albergo. Parco giochi esterno per i bambini. Cosa unica nel suo genere: all’interno dell’albergo un antico mulino ancora funzionante (con acqua del torrente adiacente)!

Pros:

Estilo castelo, muito bonito por fora. Alguns funcionários (exceção) muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Maioria dos funcionários são desrespeitosos. Negaram nos dar mel no café da manhã de segunda, servindo o mel apenas no domingo e na terça quando haviam mais hóspedes. Me senti desrespeitado e irrelevante

Sehr schöne stilvolle Residenz im Norden der Toskana
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schöh und stimmig eingerichtet. Man hatte das Gefühl in einem allten Herrenhaus zu übernachten.

Frühstück war gut, auch die Lage in den Hügeln war nett. Parkplatz war auch dabei.

Sehr ruhige Lage und nahe an wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, bzw. Städten.

Cons:

Prinzipiell ist es sehr ruhig, allerdings bekommt man alles aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Gang mit. Vorbei gehende Gäste, WC-Spülung, selbst einen tropfenden Wasserhahn aus dem Nachbarzimmer kann man hören.

PISCINA LASCIATA ANDARE. ALL'entrata del cancellino ci sono le vespe e infatti due bambini sono stati punti in 2 giorni.
Non controllata la situazione si perde di vista, altri turisti con il cane a bordo piscina nonostante non si possa.
Gente che si sciacqua la bocca e sputa per terra.
Aghi di pino sul fondo della vasca.
Bordo piscina rotto a fasi alterne e in alcuni punti rattoppato con assi di legno.
Troppa confusione che porta a farsi male.
