We wanted to stay in Venice on the canal and that met our expectations.
Pros:

Location was near St. Mark's and other major sites.

Cons:

A bit larger room which I assume you don't have space for that.

Quanit little room with a balcony overlooking a canal.
Pros:

Great location very centrally located and a few minutes walk from both rialto bridge and st marks square. Hotel was lovely and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

This property is within easy walking distance to the primary spots in San Marco. Very comfortable and the staff was great!

Cons:

The stairs could be a challenge for those who don’t pack light. Passageways are narrow and there is no lift. The location makes it worth the climb.
