Enjoyed our stay and the hotel was clean, staff helpful and location superb.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Not the best but adequate.
Location of the hotel was first class. Easy to get to the canal and the main square.

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a porter carried our bags up, and down for us. Stairs still daunting after a long day walking round the city.

It was brilliant, great location, helpful and nice staff and really secure!
Pros:

The location was perfect it’s close to all the tourist attractions but also close to the less busy area. I liked that the beds are quite large when I was expecting something smaller. I requested a view and was given a mini terrace, which I loved and used to my advantage. I would recommend for a solo traveler! Breakfast was amazing and so were all the staff. Will be staying again if in Venice!

Cons:

Shower entry was quite small. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t 100% sound proof so on my second and third night it was a little loud due to other guests something the hotel had no control over. I would suggest adding more instructions on how to enter the hotel, did get a little lost.

Fantastic hospitality by Aurora and Michael- friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you for making our time in Venice so special . Rooms spotless clean. Beds very comfortable and brand new bathroom. Help lifting bags up to the third floor- thank you.
