I liked the location, the initial staff when we booked and they answered questions in a timely manner

Cons:

I had emailed asking about booking a return to the airport and was told yes they do that, we would schedule the night before. When I went to do this, a different person at the desk said oh no we don’t do that, just throw me off since we checked out at 5 in the morning. We were able to find a taxi but if this is not a service you are able to do, let all staff members know. I also was not a fan of the breakfast service included

Other than the loud neighbors it was fabulous.
Pros:

It was central to all the landmarks.will come back again.

Cons:

Whoever was on the second floor above us was very loud, stomping and jumping. Most likely children is my guess.

Amazing, definitely would recommend

Boa localização dos pontos principais da cidade a pé, equipe super atenciosa.

Cons:

O fato de ficar na zona restrita da cidade e termos ido de carro, nos complicou um pouco o acesso para chegar e levar as malas. Mas era bom pois depois fizemos tudo a pé!

Misrepresentation of the property
Cons:

I booked Hotel del Corso through Booking.com, but upon arrival we were placed at an entirely different property called Class House Residenza, located about half a mile away. This was never disclosed at the time of booking, and the images and location shown on the listing do not reflect where we actually stayed.
The room was poorly maintained and looked nothing like the photos on the website. Getting any assistance required us to walk to the main hotel, which is inconvenient.
Very disappointing experience. The listing is misleading and does not accurately represent the property guests will be staying at. I would not recommend booking here.
