The staff were super helpful. What pleasant people to deal with! Loved the excellent service. Very accommodating. Super comfortable.

Cons:

Only thing: I read that the room is sound proof, which is true for sounds from the outside. Not for the sounds that come from the inside though - I could hear my neighbour cough for example.

A true experience in a small, comfortable and extremely friendly and professional!
Pros:

Its location is so close to San Marco square and many of the sites that are the major attractions. The hotel is small compared to "hotels" but that's what we want. It helps one get immersed in the whole cultural experience (especially if you are Italian)! A special shout out to all of the staff especially Loretta and Anthony!! They were both so helpful and took extreme pride in their work

Nothing ,it was actually what I Hoped for

Nice stay in a small well-located hotel
Pros:

Really good central location for exploring Venice and reasonably easy to get to by water bus or taxi from the airport.

Cons:

The rooms were a little small, though that’s not too surprising for Venice

Le plus est le petit déjeuner mais le prix de la chambre pour avoir une salle de bain de l’autre côté du couloir est un peu cher. La chambre en elle même est petite et avec le minimum.

Cons:

La salle de bain de l’autre côté du couloir ne rend pas l’expérience très agréable.

Localisation idéale au coeur de la ville

Cons:

Chambre ne disposant pas d'une salle d'eau en son sein, nécessitant de traverser le couloir de l'hôtel pour accéder à une salle d'eau privative. non rédhibitoire mais peu pratique
