Venice spot
Pros:

Location, Location, location. Was about 10min walk to train, main bus area, down the block of a major road, completely safe, soo many options to eat, shop, grab a gondula & site see. Breakfast was sufficient & they called us a luggage porter during checkout so we didnt have to carry bags in the heat. Water was always hot & bathroom was a decent size. Streaming svc available on TV. A.C.works. Happy overall.

Cons:

Building, rooms/furniture is dated, no fridge/microwave, & rm is small, but that was to be expected. Most places are. AC could have been colder for me or allowed to lower,but it worked and we slept fine..

It is very close to the train station

Cons:

We got a double and a triple room, the double was ok, just the bathroom floor was coming loose. The triple had some insects, the air conditioning was not working, and when my sister looked for help with the staff, the guy was really rude to her. For the price I really do not recommend to stay there.

Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni e per la possibilità di raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche di Venezia. Personale accogliente, camera pulita e riposo notturno al top per comfort generale. Una vasta scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo.

Nice little hotel
Pros:

Good location for our needs as we've been to Venice many times and like that area and its only about half hour away from St Marks etc. Close to main rail and bus terminals. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No negatives we can think of for the price which is just about right but we wouldn't pay anymore.

La struttura è accogliente ed in una posizione ottimale per visitare la città sia a piedi che in battello. Essendo sulla stessa strada della stazione ferroviaria, viaggiare con i trolley non richiede molto impegno in quanto non si devono attraversare ponti. La colazione la mattina era sempre molto varia ed abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato. Il personale tutto molto sorridente, cordiale e disponibile contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Consiglio

A nice simple hotel close to the railway station
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have always been very satisfied. The hotel is located in a quiet street close to both the railway station and Piazzale Roma, where buses to and from the airport depart. The entire historic centre can easily be reached on foot, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are simple but clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. and offers a good selection of food. The staff at the reception are always friendly and helpful, especially the young woman who works there. I will certainly be back again soon.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.
