Pros:

The location is very good, close to the center, everything can be reached by foot, there are places to eat deliciously, and there are bars around.

Cons:

We had a car so we had to park it further away and come to the hotel because you can't drive to the hotel. The cleanliness was really bad, the floors hadn't been washed, and when we tried to make coffee we found mold in the teapot. There was a lot of noise outside the window until about 2 a.m., someone was loading and unloading, but we were there on the weekend, so maybe it was all for the sake of it.

Solo una notte di passaggio ... così così
Pros:

Posizione piuttosto vicina alla Normale di Pisa e alla Torre, colazione non prevista, bagno piccolo ma funzionale dove però mancava la carta igienica, la pulizia della stanza non è proprio il massimo, sui comodini c'erano tracce di cenere, c'era il bollitore dell'acqua ma non le tazzine, muri abbastanza malandati e rifiniture in brutto stato. L'unico vantaggio è la centralità della posizione.

Cons:

Maggior manutenzione dei locali e migliore pulizia.

Posizione centrale. Pulizia buona.

Cons:

Parcheggi lontani e cari. La Tv in camera non funzionava. Il frigorifero era un portatile tipo camping. La reception chiudeva alle ore 20. La stanza era piccola rispetto allle "normali" matrimoniali. Per essere un 3 stelle.....

Location was ideal

Cons:

Reception isn’t available between 3.30pm and 4pm, then it closes at 7pm which isn’t ideal.

Room was okay but not as clean as a hotel room should be.

Great location, lovely staff, glad i only booked one night.

The location was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Very shabby, i understand it is an old building but the hotel room was very worn out and smelt musky.
