Pros:

Location was ideal

Cons:

Reception isn’t available between 3.30pm and 4pm, then it closes at 7pm which isn’t ideal.

Room was okay but not as clean as a hotel room should be.

Great location, lovely staff, glad i only booked one night.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Cons:

Very shabby, i understand it is an old building but the hotel room was very worn out and smelt musky.

Not worth the money
Pros:

There was no breakfast with the hotel. Bed was so bad that you could not change position during the night. It was so uncomfortable and the pillow was a joke. Just small pieces of foam in a pillow case.

Cons:

Bed was horrible, and so was the pillow. Room was very small.

La posizione in pieno centro!

Cons:

Tutto il resto...camera striminzita per 4 persone sotto tetto. Non un tavolino. 1 sola sedia ed una sola lampada comodino. Bagno con vasca molto antico con presenza di calcare ai rubinetti. Tutto molto precario e datato!!!per la cifra richiesta non vale per niente. Lo salva solo la posizione.che peccato!

Pros:

The location was excellent right in the heart of Pisa.
Some staff were exceedingly helpful.
Veiw from room lovely.
Price very reasonable, would gladly pay more for

Cons:

My bed collapsed during the night, (I am not very heavy)
The room was a little dirty.
One member of staff when we arrived was not very nice.
No water in room after long journey to get there.
Fridge leaking
Would rather pay more and have things working and clean.
