Tyvärr var min vistelse på Leonardo Hotel en väldigt dålig upplevelse. När jag kom till hotellet var personalen inte på plats och jag fick vänta länge innan någon kom. När personalen väl kom var de däremot trevliga och bemötandet var bra.

Men tyvärr var resten av vistelsen mycket dålig. Det luktade starkt av klorin, vilket var väldigt obehagligt, och jag blev dessutom sjuk under vistelsen. Rummet kändes inte rent eller fräscht och hela hotellet upplevdes som gammalt och slitet.

Det var också mycket ljud utifrån, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova och få den vila man behöver på ett hotell.

Sammanfattningsvis är jag väldigt besviken. Trots att personalen var trevlig när de väl var på plats, väger det inte upp för resten av upplevelsen.

Jag rekommenderar aldrig, aldrig, aldrig att ni väljer detta hotell. Det finns betydligt bättre alternativ.

Friendly staff and good location, but uncomfortable beds and misleading listing regarding unavailable prepaid breakfast.
Pros:

The location is great, self check-in went smoothly, and the receptionist was very friendly. It is an older building, but having an elevator to our room on the 2nd floor was a plus.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable — we had two single folding beds pushed together that kept sliding apart during the night. The biggest issue was the breakfast: we paid for it in advance, but upon arrival, we found out the breakfast room has been permanently closed for a few years. It is completely unacceptable that breakfast is still listed as available and sold to guests when it doesn't exist.

La posizione e il prezzo sono impagabili. La struttura è pulita e funzionale

Cons:

Non esiste accoglienza e nessun tipo di servizio, da questo punto di vista occorre fare qualche concessione ma prezzo e posizione compensano

It was a great little hotel for a pit stop on our way to the Tuscan coast.
