Pros:

La posizione in pieno centro ed il prezzo fra i più bassi per la notte del gioco del ponte.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere.
Al check in ci hanno dato una tripla ancora sporca al primo piano
Come ripiego ci hanno dato un doppia ripiegata in tripla al 3, il letto singolo era sotto la finestra.
Il bagno microscopico, davanti al wc un termo arredo con una vite a vista dove mi sono fatta male .
In un'altra camera non funzionava l'aria condizionata.
Per fortuna siamo rimasti una sola notte.

Soggiorno impeccabile, ma vorrei sottolineare soprattutto la grande disponibilità dello staff. Avendo il volo in tarda serata ,hanno permesso a mia figlia ragazza piccola di 18 anni ,di lasciare la stanza oltre l'orario di check-out, evitandola una giornata scomoda in giro con le valigie. Un servizio al cliente eccellente che non è affatto scontato. Tornera li sicuramente.

È raro trovare un'attenzione così premurosa verso le esigenze degli ospiti. Grazie ancora per la vostra professionalità."

Zentral, sauber, alles da!

Die Lage war top, einwandfrei sauber, kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Klima-Anlage bei den heißen Temperaturen ein Träumchen, WLAN vollkommen ausreichend. Es war alles da, was man so braucht und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich würde diese Unterkunft empfehlen!

Cons:

Es war etwas hellhörig und der Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung wurde nicht abgeschlossen, sodass jeder dort einfach rein konnte.

La posizione è molto comoda. Presenza dell'aria condizionata in camera molto utile.

Cons:

hotel datato, la pulizia in camera non era assolutamente all'altezza. C'era della muffa nel frigo e nella zona dello split dell'aria condizionata. Il materasso e i cuscini erano improponibili, l'imbottitura decisamente usurata, praticamente si dormiva sulla molle del materasso.
Presentava anche diversi oggetti rotti (lampada, rilevatore di fumo). Assolutamente non un hotel da tre stelle.

The staff were lovely, but for the price of the hotel we didn’t think it was particularly comfortable.
Pros:

The air con was strong, and there was a room to store luggage after check-out which was great. We really appreciated the staff, who were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Though we booked a “standard double room”, the room had two twin beds pushed together which was uncomfortable during the night because the bed came apart. There was no shower curtain provided and the shower’s position in the middle of the bath, along with no curtain, made it difficult to shower. We think the property could have been cleaner, as there were silverfish in the sink.

Sauberkeit im Bad, es standen keine Tassen usw. zur Verfügung, obwohl ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer war, das Zimmer sehr klein
