Pros:

Ruime kamers.
Alles goed aan te lopen

Cons:

Kamer op benedenverdieping is zeer gehorig en zeker als nachtportier savonds gesprekken heeft of sochtends mensen op tijd ontbijten.
Badkamers krap, douchekop komt zwakke straal uit
Parkeren enkel als je betaald en er plek is

Pros:

Petit hôtel de charme à l'italienne. Situation géographique (proche centre ville et plages privées).
La possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner en térrasse et de se garer gratuitement dans la rue

La camera era pronta in ritardo invece dell’orario indicato da Booking e non è stato offerto nemmeno un caffè per l’atte

Si trova in posizione comoda per andare verso il centro, il mare e i mezzi pubblici

Cons:

La struttura funziona con un risparmio totale, la sala della colazione si soffoca dal caldo. Usano i prodotti di primo prezzo che non è a livello dell’albergo che si trova in centro a forte dei marmi e comunque per il prezzo che si paga.

Buonasera, chiedo il rimborso della prenotazione. Avevo prenotato un appartamento diverso, ma all’arrivo mi è stato comunicato che non era disponibile/in buone condizioni e mi è stato assegnato un altro alloggio. Quest’ultimo presentava un fortissimo cattivo odore che lo rendeva impossibile da utilizzare. Siamo rimasti circa un’ora e abbiamo segnalato immediatamente il problema alla persona che ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Abbiamo quindi dovuto lasciare l’appartamento e trovare un’altra sistemazione. Chiedo cortesemente il rimborso dell’importo pagato.

Cons:

Colazione vergognosa disponibile solo dalle 8. Mi hanno chiesto un supplemento in loco per il cane ma non era dichiarato. Ho avuto la “suite” ma non è nient’altro che una veranda abusiva con tende dove entra la luce ovunque. La porta di ingresso era un porta antipanico. Vasca idromassaggio fuori uso.
