Great for a no frills overnight stay near Garibaldi station

Not a nice area.
Pros:

While the reception staff were nice, their customer service was let down by other parts of the hotel.
I don’t recommend coming to this hotel as a solo traveller or for a girls holiday as the surrounding area feels unsafe, especially at night.
My partner and I got pickpocketed before even reaching the hotel and the street the hotel was on really doesn’t feel safe for tourists.
The rooms are basic (expected) but also dirty which was off putting.
The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours…
We checked out as soon as we could the next morning and explained these factors to the receptionists who were understanding that the surrounding area wasn’t ideal for us.
We did explain that plug sockets weren’t working properly either and moving rooms didn’t appeal to us as it wasn’t going to change the location and all the rooms would be the same level of cleanliness.
We moved to the old town (15 minute walk away) which was so much better.
I’d say avoid visiting if you are young, alone or if you’re a woman as you don’t receive refunds for unused days if you decide to leave for whatever reason.

Cons:

Le lit de 120 cm, destiné à deux personnes dans une chambre de dimensions très restreintes, ainsi que l'état d'entretien de la chambre et des espaces communs, n'ont pas répondu à nos attentes. De plus, la douche de 60 cm s'est avérée insatisfaisante. Les photographies présentées sur Booking.com ne correspondaient pas à la réalité de l'hébergement.

Very good value, a bit dated, but absolutely acceptable for the price. Friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Very convenient for the train station - we have an overnight from a late flight and early departure in the morning by train - this hotel was brilliant value and perfect for quick and easy connections.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated in terms of fixtures and fittings, but perfectly clean and comfortable termperature with aircon, and comfy beds. The area around the station is not great - be aware of this (not the fault of the hotel!)

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre disposait de tout le nécessaire et le petit-déjeuner était suffisant. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et pratique pour rejoindre la gare et l’aéroport.

Для поездок по окрестностям Неаполя отель идеально расположен в 5 минутах ходьбы от центрального вокзала, в 3 минутах от вокзала Porta Nolana.
Дружелюбный персонал, особенно Дарио, который обслуживает завтраки и готовит кофе.

Cons:

Душевая катастрофически тесная. Человек крупных размеров даже не поместится в неё.
Матрас на кровати в одноместном номере неудобный, чувствуются пружины.
Завтраки итальянские, без сыра и мясной нарезки.

Personal estupendo, muy amable y atento.
La habitación es amplia y siempre muy limpia, además tiene aire acondicionado y en nuestro caso balcón.
Hay una terraza muy amplia para los clientes.
Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Nápoles.
