Un lieu très agréable
Pros:

Une qualité d’accueil. Un personnel très aimable

Cons:

Une amélioration peut se faire sur les horaires de Check in. La limite de 18h n’est pas pratique mais le service est très occupé aussi avec le restaurant de grande qualité.

Avevamo io e un amica bisogno di relax, Hotel Serenella il soggiorno è stato molto gradito
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto tutto: pulizia, accoglienza, camera, la vista, come ci hanno coccolato anche a cena e colazione, sicuri con parcheggio gratuito

Struttura davvero ben curata , le stanze e i servizi super puliti , staff gentile e ospitale . Abbiamo cenato in uno dei suoi ristoranti in riva al lago , è stato bellissimo , una fuga romantica per due da rivivere !! Grazie.

Ottima la posizione, a due passi dal lago e dai locali lungolago, camera piccola ma accogliente

Cons:

No ascensore, bagnetto completamente da rifare, no mensole, box doccia piccolo e difettoso, ventola aspirazione rumorosa, no luce cortesia specchio
