Great location, friendly people and good breakfast. If you drive parking can be hard during high season but we were luck
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is in a great location and access to food, drinks and shopping and close to the ferries. There was a very nice European breakfast served that was included. Rooms were small but clean and only stayed one night so price was very reasonable especially considering the location.

Cons:

It didn’t have air but we were lucky that our stay wasn’t a hot day otherwise it would’ve been very uncomfortable.

Pros:

The host were very accomading, the breakfast offered was great and location excellent. I had and early departure but they made me a nice food package to take with me on my travels.

Cons:

Some kitchen noise for restaurants below.

eccezionale ospitabilità del personale, eccellente la colazione , posto molto strategico per imbarcasi per le isole borromee
bella la posizione nel centro storico, dispone di servizio ristorante .

Cons:

camere datate doccia piccolina avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernato , non c'è il clima e no n c'è l' ascensore

Schlicht aber gutes Altstadt Hotel

Die Lage und das Frühstück. Personal ist sehr nett. Es ist unser zweites Mal gewesen.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommene sehr einfache Ausstattung. Deshalb passt der Preis. Sehr warm und laut, wenn das Fenster offen ist. Das ist aber der guten Lage geschuldet und okay.

It's ok for a short stay
Pros:

Good breakfast and super position. For the payed price, I'm satisfied.

Cons:

Kind of an old style hotel with noise coming from outside due to poor window isolation.
Shower is quite uninviting to be used.
