Heel aangenaam. Rust en klasse.
Pros:

Kader - met name superligging met prachtig onderhouden tuin en magnifiek uitzicht op het Iseomeer en de omgeving.
Zwembad.

Cons:

Garage is niet echt geschikt voor grote/lange wagens. Parkeren lukt evenwel met de nodige stuurmanskunst. Parkeren = manoevreren.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub- extrem empfehlenswert
Pros:

Super Lage am See, Empfang herzlich und Qualität angefangen vom Frühstück, über Abendessen sehr gut. Personal überwiegend freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sowohl im haupt- wie im neuen nebenhaus extrem sauber, ausreichend groß und gute Matratzen

Cons:

Umfang der Karte für Abendessen etwas zu wenig- Tägliche Angebote außerhalb der Karte fehlen doch. Zimmer würden im Bad einen zusätzlichen Vergrößerungsspiegel und das Zimmer etwas mehr ablagemöglichkeiten haben.

A wonderful place to stay. Truly memorable location
Pros:

The staff were amazing, they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was fabulous and the breakfast was memorable!

Cons:

Some of the towels in the room had frayed ends. A minor oversight but could be easily sorted out.
Drinking water in the rooms could have been replenished daily.

Can't wait to go back!
Pros:

Rivalago was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back. From the amenities and location, the hotel offered a hospitable service, decent dining, a varied breakfast and easy access into Lake Iseo as well as a great pool.
Our family (with a 17 month old baby) were treated with a great and spacious room, working A/C and a view to remember for the ages.
When we first arrived we had issues with our original room but the staff (special thanks to Antonella - Hotel Manager) she made sure we were properly taken care of and made comfortable.
They also had a crib and baby items ready for our daughter's arrival.
Shout out to the rest of the staff who made the stay even more delightful - Roberto, Jessica, Claudia and my man Dario (the best!) who served up some delicious Negroni's.
We stayed a total of 5 nights and left with wonderful memories.

Only downsides: Sulzano doesn't have many (if any) alternate restaurants so either you dine at the hotel or in another town nearby. Also, the parking is a bit tight, if you have a small car, make sure you reserve in time as they tend to go quick. Otherwise you'll have to park uphill each time you need to grab your car.

Spectacularly Beautiful Hotel on Lake Iseo
Pros:

Our stay at Rivalago was magnificent! The hotel was gorgeous with spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed rooms with a balcony. The staff greeted us warmly and were always available to assist with any questions we had. The restaurant, breakfast area, lawn overlooking the lake and of course the amazing pool all made our stay unforgettable and the best lodging on our multi hotel trip. It was located a short walk to the ferry so we could have two memorable evening's on Monte Isola for dinner and right on the bike path which offered a remarkable ride along the lake. Look no further for a hotel in Sulzano. This is the place to stay!

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
The location right on Lake Iseo is simply perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the hotel is exceptionally well maintained.

The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, so it never felt crowded. One of the absolute highlights was having direct access to the lake from the hotel. Being able to swim in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Iseo whenever we wanted was a huge bonus and made our stay even more special.

The breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection was excellent, with high-quality products and plenty of choice. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced and a wonderful way to start each day.

A special thank you to the staff, who were always smiling, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were a large family group of nine and were probably a bit noisy at times, but they always treated us with patience, warmth, and a smile. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay.

The only minor issue was that we noticed a few incorrect restaurant charges on our bill. However, the reception staff handled the matter professionally and corrected everything quickly and without any hassle.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on beautiful Lake Iseo.
