The room had a more limited water view than we expected
Gute Lage um die Monte Isola zu erreichen. Schöne Lage am See mit Aussicht auf die Insel Monte Isola.
Wir hatten das Zimmer auf den Hinterhof hinaus, deshalb war es etwas störend, wenn am Abend oder sogar Nachts Altglas entsorgt wurde.

Certainly the nicest hotel in Italy that we've stayed in. Wonderful service and delightful terrace.
The staff were excellent and demonstrated a lovely of the hotel and focus on guests' enjoyment.
Die Lage direkt am Lago d' Iseo ist super mit Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist super mit sehr zuvorkommender Bedienung und schöner Weinkarte. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig in einem schönen grossen Raum.
Lovely view and pool

We loved everything about this hotel, the location was incredible- as we went in April it was quite quiet which meant we could upgrade our room to a lake view (highly recommend upgrading if possible).
The staff were very friendly, the lady on reception (sorry didn’t catch her name!) was very welcoming and helpful with different advice for getting to the island. Silvia working in the bar was also so helpful in giving us recommendations for different things to do.
We loved the pool and hot tub, we were lucky to get some sun and even swim in the lake (still very cold!). We like to try and visit new places but loved our stay here so much we think we’ll have to come back!
Parking was tight, however this was well communicated ahead of the stay so we knew what to expect.

The location of the hotel was excellent at the edge of Lake Iseo. It had just opened for the season. Whilst it was clean and comfortable there was no information about the area in the rooms or reception.
It had a walk in shower which was slippery we requested a bath mat and was told it would be there the following day when requested again we were told they didn't provide them and they provided a chair.
Television had many channels but only one was in English.
The restaurant was a seperate organisation to the hotel the service and the food was 2 or 3 star rather than 4 star which was very disappointing. No side plates condiments and we frequently had to request items at breakfast as items ran out and were not replaced. I certainly would not recommend it as a place to stay
Stopped here in a family room for a few days during a road trip. We loved it so have booked again in a dependence this year for a longer time. Perfect location in a sleepy lakeside town with a few good restaurants. Breakfast is a step or two above the normal, especially when you can sit right by such a beautiful lake.
There was always plenty of space by the pool and lake. The hotel was full but never felt like it was. We loved the hotel, town and lake- they seem to have more "real" character than other hotels we have stayed at in the last few years.
