Throughly enjoyable stay but beware of lack of AC in summer
Pros:

Relaxed and calm atmosphere. Old school feel. Good buffet breakfast. On site free parking. Good location. Easy local bus into Annecy if desired. Lovely staff. Free towel hire for pool. Unpretentious hotel.

Cons:

No air con - just a fan.
Shower in the bath - difficult not to wet the bathroom!

Excellent, great value stay
Pros:

Great location, wonderful staff and very spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

Hotel WiFi was almost unusable. I am sure they will upgrade.

Pros:

Loved the location and the outside space. The pool was perfect and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location for the restaurants, facilities and beach. There was a fridge in the room which we found useful.

Cons:

The bedroom was dated, with a very old fashioned separate toilet room.

Pros:

Hotel is prachtig gelegen met uitzicht op het meer, ligt op een fijne plek (je loopt zo naar plekken waar je aan het meer kunt liggen en diverse restaurants in de buurt), fijn zwembad met poolbar, ruime kamer, goed donker te maken, goed ontbijt, goed bed.

Cons:

Sanitair was verouderd en prijs aan de hoge kant

Swimming in the pool and the lake, eating yummy breakfasts!
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and put a kettle in my room for me! The swimming pool is clean and just the right temperature and the breakfast is delicious (especially the scrambled eggs!) The location is incredible - very short walk to the beautiful crystal-clear lake, a shop and cafes close by and nestled in mountains giving easy access to cycling, hiking etc.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was how the toilet in my room seemed to be the conduit for everyone elses toilet and made lots of noise - especially in the morning. Having said that, it would definitely not put me off coming here again.

Excellent séjour, très agréable.
Pros:

le calme et la gentillesse du personnel .
Ce qui m'a fait très plaisir, je suis restée 3 heures au bord de la piscine avec une vingtaine de personnes ,personne n'a parlé au téléphone !!! un véritable exercice de respect !

La pace sul lago
Pros:

Ottima posizione, parcheggio interno in pieno centro, stanze molto confortevoli, piscina curata, tranquilla e pulitissima.
Ampio giardino dove poter leggere in tutta tranquillità .
Personale discreto.e sempre disponibile, alla reception anche una Signora italiana molto simpatica e disponibile ad illustrare le molteplici attività in zona .
Soggiorno molto apprezzato.

Pros:

La struttura è situata veramente al centro del villaggio. La spiaggia è al lato e tutto puo essere raggiunto a piedi.

Cons:

Purtroppo la pulizia non è delle migliori. Negli asciugamani da bagno ho trovato dei capelli e sui muri c’erano moltissime ragnatele (normale visto la vicinanza a un lago, ma andrebbero tolte)

Hôtel charmant très bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel charmant, idéalement situé sur les bords du lac d’Annecy (à peine 5 minutes à pied de la plage publique), proche de nombreux restaurants.
Commodités simples et pratiques, tout y est. Pas de clim’, mais la fenêtre ouverte suffit.
Petit-déjeuner buffet en autonomie totale, là aussi tout y est. À savourer sur la terrasse-jardin à l’ombre des Catalpas, dans un calme vraiment appréciable.
Piscine, transats et cocktails maison au bar, que demander de plus? 😁

Cons:

Insonorisation des chambres pas au top (en fonction aussi des voisins 🫤). L’intérieur demanderait un petit (gros) rafraîchissement, mais c’est aussi ce qui rend l’établissement accessible et authentique.

Un séjour d’anniversaire très agréable à proximité d’Annecy et à proximité de son lac.

La vue sur le lac et l’environnement était fantastique. Le confort du lit remarquable.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix est davantage en faveur de la localisation que de la chambre et ses services en eux-mêmes
