The property looked lovely and appealing on arrival
As we arrived, the reception team had given another guest collecting their luggage, someone who else’s Louis Vuitton Carrier. It was concerning that they didn’t even look concerned of what could have been a critical error.
Sadly it says air conditioning- it’s either not working properly or not ever working. Again, reception didn’t seem surprised and offered 2 very old fans which did next to nothing in a heatwave.
