The hospitality was unmatched and made our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable.

Amazing hotel with truly exceptional service. We stayed for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Pros:

Excellent location for us. 2 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station. Easy access to King's Cross.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly. We also ate dinner in the hotel, which was lovely and very reasonable.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn't work properly. Struggled to get a full cup, which was disappointing

Great hotel, amazing staff!
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, centrally located. Rooms are recently refurbished with expensive materials. Every need of ours was met. Very polite staff especially Romi and Anna which we thank for our beautiful vacation in London!

Pros:

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful especially Iman and Rio were very cooperative and supportive whenever I needed any help they were there for me without hesitation, they are one of the reasons that I would go to Ellen hotel again. The hotel is overall very good and the location is just perfect.

das Frühstück war perfekt, Buffet, wurde auch immer nachgefüllt, der Frühstücksraum war sehr elegant, als auch die Bar und die Rezeption. das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber das ist in London überall so. das Bad war sehr schön und immer sauber und jeden Tag frische Bade und Handtücher. wir waren bereits das 2. Mal

Der Lift war etwas beschwerlich, dieser geht extrem langsam und man braucht dann schon vom EG bis zum 3. Stock 2 Minuten - und diese sind in einem Lift schon sehr lang

Friendly, smart dressed & efficient check-in by Reception staff who upgraded room to double. Lovely decorated room with fridge, kettle, hairdryer, bottled water. Complimentary slippers welcome, as laminate & tiled floors. Comfortable bed/pillows. Bathroom decorated well with big white clean towels & complimentary toiletries.

Für London - Sightseeing bestens geeignet!
Pros:

Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Earls Court. Sehr freundliches Personal- gutes Frühstück - sehr sauber! Gutes Restaurant und top Bar. Gute Bars und Gastronomie drumrum.

Great location, comfy rooms and great food. We would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location to travel to Wembley, it's very close to Earl's Court and we had no problems traveling back and forth. Check in was easy and staff were polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was great, a mix of continental and full English, and the dinner was also delicious, I would recommend the spring rolls and chicken dumplings.
