Very central location! Bed was comfy, shower was hot and AC was cold! There was a crossaint at my door every morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me reserve a taxi back to the airport.

Rooms are all on the small side and a bit old. Not great value for money for the accomodation side, but you’re paying for the location.
Me gustó todo! Excelente ubicación, muy buena la suite con vistas, la cama king super cómoda, la ducha potente, la atención de las recepcionistas,, y el servicio de café, jugos y otras cosas 25x7. Me sorprendió gratamente.

The property is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the city center, with great restaurants and markets nearby.
Our room was spacious and bright, with plenty of windows overlooking a small plaza.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the reception staff were very helpful, especially Gabriella.

L’hotel est trés bien situé (à coté de la plaza mayor, à mi chemin entre le palais royal et la puerta del sol et juste à coté du trés beau quartier de las letras)
Le lieu ou se trouve le petit dejeuner (d’ailleurs ce n’est pas un petit dejeuner car des fruits et boissons sont â dispositions)
Il manque de la musique, les canapés sont tachés
Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el hotel. La habitación era cómoda y todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor, la Puerta del Sol y de muchas atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
La ubicacion y atencion
Comfort totale sia per quanto riguarda la camera, il personale molto attento e gentile, sia per la pulizia ed infine la posizione ottima super centrale, vicino alle più grandi attrazioni della città come Centro Reina Sofia, Museo del Prado ho raggiunto tutto a piedi benissimo. Molto soddisfatta!
