Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ich war nur eine Nacht da, Motorrad Reise. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiterin hat einperfektes Deutsch gesprochen und war auch sehr zuvorkommend. Immer wieder her wieder.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war echt sehr gut ausgestattet, aber für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen überladen.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Riva! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend - alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Gut, wer sich Lachs und Sekt wünscht...das gibt es nicht...aber ansonsten alles da!! Und, wer Wert darauf legt...es gibt so wenig Verpackungen wie möglich!
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer zu zweit, was sehr komfortabel war. Das Zimmer war modern möbliert und sauber. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten und den Pool.
Zur Lage: das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Man braucht ca. 30 min, um zu Fuß ins Zentrum zu kommen. Im Moment ist eine (Groß-)-Baustelle nebenan, die uns allerdings nicht gestört hat.
Es gibt Fahrraddepots in der Tiefgarage, wo man seine Fahrräder sicher einstellen kann. Außerdem befinden sich in der Tiefgarage Ladepunkte für E-Autos.
Abends besteht die Möglichkeit einen "Absacker" in der hauseigenen Bar zu nehmen und mit dem extrem netten Barkeeper zu "plaudern" (Luca).
Das Personal ist überhaupt sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie versuchen, alle Fragen, die man hat (Restauranttipps etc.) zu beantworten und einem zu helfen!!!

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass das Waschbecken außerhalb der Nasszelle lag. Heißt, man kommt zur Zimmertüre rein und steht quasi am Waschbecken. Unserer Meinung nach, wäre es möglich, (zumindest) einen Vorhang anzubringen. Diese Einteilung mit Waschbecken oder Badewanne etc. im Zimmer scheint aber im Moment für Innenarchitekten "der Trend" zu sein. Wir haben das jetzt schon öfters in Hotels erlebt. Ob das die Hotelkunden so wollen, stelle ich in Frage! Im Nachhhinein hätte man vielleicht im Hotel anfragen können, ob es nicht Zimmer gibt, wo sich das Waschbecken in der Nasszelle befindet.
