Beautiful property, wonderful family and staff, and some of the warmest hospitality we experienced in Lake Como.
Pros:

This is a wonderful family owned hotel, and you can truly feel the difference in the way they treat their guests. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and the same can be said for the entire staff. Everyone we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. What really made our stay special was the personal attention and hospitality from both the family and the staff. It felt much more personal and genuine than a typical hotel stay. They made us feel truly welcome, and this will definitely be our preferred place to stay whenever we return to Lake Como.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and everything is handled with a lot of care. The owners and staff make the experience so much more than simply staying at a hotel. Their kindness, hospitality, and personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay.

Un air de dolce vita aux petits soins pour nous
Pros:

Le personnel au petit soin du début jusqu'à la fin.
La piscine.
Le petit déjeuner (buffet) très varié avec une mention pour le côté salé.
La grandeur et confort de la chambre.
On peut même manger le soir et plutôt bien.

Cons:

Menaggio ça grimpe et l'hôtel est tout en haut, les retours du centre ville sont un peu fastidieux mais mignon de part la rue piétonne sur une bonne partie du chemin

Pros:

The staff were lovely especially the manager. The breakfast was good, with a coffee machine, tea and sugar. The room was huge and very clean.

Cons:

The inclines getting up there but I guess that’s to be expected in lake como!
The terrace was shared, so when booking make sure you understand that if you book that room.
The artwork in the dining room was questionable, especially if you have children coming to the hotel.

בסך הכול הייתה לנו שהייה טובה ונעימה. החדר היה נקי, מסודר ונוח, אם כי מעט מיושן. המלון נמצא במרחק של כ-15 דקות הליכה בעלייה מהמרכז והטיילת – העלייה בהחלט סבירה, אבל כדאי לקחת את זה בחשבון. הצוות היה נחמד ושירותי, ובסך הכול המלון נותן תמורה טובה למחיר.

Pros:

Jättetrevligt familjärt hotell. Stort plus med pool och många valmöjligheter på frukosten. Hotellet kunde även ordna med transfer från och till flygplatsen vilket underlättade resan avsevärt. En stor stjärna till Sam också som med sin utomordentliga service och vänlighet satte guldkant på vår vistelse🙏

Hotel propre et au calme mais. Manque vraiment d’une bonne rénovation

L’emplacement en hauteur pour le calme
Le charme de la maison
Le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits fait maison

Cons:

Les photos sont très trompeuses
Les chambres sont hyper basiques et vétuste années 60
La piscine mériterait un bon coup de neuf aussi elle ne donne pas envie de se baigner

Pros:

Era un hotel muy tranquilo con una agradable piscina para relajarse después de un día de calor y paseos. Habíamos leído comentarios de que caminar desde el hotel al pueblo era mucho, pero nosotros llevábamos coche y el hotel ofrece parking, aparcar en los pueblos del lago Como es muy complicado, y tardábamos unos 10 minutos en bajar caminando y unos 20 en subir, pero no se hacía duro y compensa si llevas coche.
