El desayuno en la terraza por un adicional de 5 euros por persona vale la pena

Cons:

El cuarto muy chico, a penas da para moverse. Hay que sacar el más grande pero estaba agotado cuando reservamos. Sirmione es muy ruidoso y va muchísima gente, si buscan tranquilidad vayan a otro pueblo en el Garda

Die Lage war super, direkt in der Altstadt und damit mitten im Geschehen. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und es gab jeden Tag verschiedenes Gebäck.

Mitarbeitende waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit als wir nach einem Lagerort für unser Fahrrad gefragt haben. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Leider war bei uns die Türe zum Badezimmer beschädigt und mein Bruder war für über eine Stunde im Bad eingeschlossen. Die Türklinke ist abgebrochen. Das Personal hat das erst als eine Art Spaß verstanden und mir nur die Rückmeldung gegeben, dass sie auch nichts machen kann - muss man ihr aber anrechnen, sie hat ebenfalls versucht die Türe zu öffnen.

Dann erst als wir auch gesagt haben, dass wir die Polizei oder Feuerwehr, etc. rufen werden wurde nochmal aktiv eingegriffen und dann zum Glück auch die Türe „aufgebrochen“. Damit gabs eine Nacht inkl. offener Badtüre. Am nächsten Tag kam dann ein Handwerker der die Türe obligatorisch gerichtet hat, verschließbar war diese leider aber nicht mehr für den Aufenthalt. Entschädigung oder ein Zimmerwechsel haben wir leider nicht bekommen. Das war leider der traumatisierende Teil und erster Abend in unserer Unterkunft…

Kiváló személyzet.
Pros:

Kiváló személyzet, nagyon finom és bőséges reggeli, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenki. A szállás a városközpont kellős közepén van, minden sétával jól megközelíthető, a kikötő is nagyon közel van, éttermek, bárok, boltok mind egy lépésre. Szépen felújított szobák, nagyon kellemes környezet.

Cons:

A kiírásból hiányzik, hogy a terasz csak akkor foglalható el a reggelihez, ha 5 euró/személy díjat fizetsz. Két terasz közül a felső nem is volt elérhető, erről sem tájékoztatott senki érkezésünk előtt. A nap más szakában sem megengedett, hogy bármilyen kintről hozott ételt vagy italt elfogyassz a teraszon, így ha csak azért foglalsz, ne tedd. Mi így jártunk, minket a terasz és a kilátás győzött meg, de ezt csak úgy élvezhettük, ha fizettünk érte. A szobákban nincs hűtő, ez is érthetetlen. A 38 fokban nagyon kellemetlen volt meleg vizet inni. Illetve, a légkondícionáló rendszer számunkra érthetetlen volt, akkor ment, amikor nem akartuk, és akkor nem, amikor akartuk. Állítólag jól kalibrált rendszer volt, egyszerűen működik, nekünk mégsem működött jól. Azt kiemelném, hogy a személyzet próbált mindent megtenni ennek orvoslására, valószínű, valamilyen rendszerhiba volt, részlegesen pedig meg is oldották. Összességében, az ár-érték arányt picit soknak gondoljuk, tudjuk, hogy az ilyen elhelyezkedést és felszereltséget meg kell fizetni, de így az volt az érzésünk, hogy minden extra, ami a szállásé, azért külön fizetni kellett volna.

Very nice breakfast which you can have on the upper terrace for a small fee. The staff were super professional and were extremly helpful during our stay. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. location was the best and quiet in the evening
