Pros:

Starfsfólkið var bæði viðkunnarlegt og hjálplegt þegar til þess var leitað og alltaf brosandi.

Herbergin voru hrein og öll aðstaða góð.

Sundlaugagarðurinn var frábær og alltaf hægt að finna lausa bekki. Hægt var að spila meðal annars borðtennis og fótbolta á stóru opnu svæði í garðinum.
Veitingarþjónustan við sundlaugina var einnig til fyrirmynda.

Cons:

Morgunverðarhlaðborðið var yfir höfuð gott, en þar væri svo auðvelt að gera það enn betra.
Til dæmis mætti hafa tvær kaffivélar og þá væri hægt að losna við röðina sem myndaðist við hana á hverjum morgni.
Einnig mætti hafa heita morgunmatinn (eggjahræruna og pulsurna) í stærri ílátum. Það að koma með litla skál af eggjahrærum öðru hvoru, sem kláraðist í 5 mín, dugði engan vegin fyrir þennan fjölda fólks.

wirklich schönes Hotel mit riesigem Pool- und Außenbereich, sehr nettes Personal

Rent, venligt personale, dejligt poolområde.
Hotellet ligger i et roligt område.

Cons:

Der var flere nætter, hvor grupper af personer, sad og snakkede højlydt på gangene foran dørerne indtil værelserne. Det er irriterende når hotellet ellers har en rolig beliggenhed.
De bør henvises til hotellets fællesrum.

De rust bij de 2 zwembaden, terwijl je wel gewoon bij het Gardameer zit. De drukte krijg je niet mee!

Le parc et sa piscine. Déjeuner en terrasse, le stationnement gratuit. Chambre confortable.

Cons:

La clim un peu léger. Manque du fromage du pays et banane au petit déjeuner.
