Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν σε περιοχή πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης καθώς και στο σταθμό των τρένων, το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με μεγάλο μπάνιο και πολύ καθαρό.

Si vuelvo a Berjamo, cosa que es posible, repetiré en este hotel.
Pros:

Está muy bien situado y el personal fue muy amable y nos informó de muchas actividades. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó más de 4 horas y ellos estuvieron siempre atentos.

Cons:

Aquí no hay nada que comentar. La relación de precio con los servicios fue estupenda .

Hotel San Giorgio, Bergamo Review: Unwelcoming staff and poor service for late arrivals
Cons:

The hotel itself was clean and conveniently located close to the railway station, but our overall experience was ruined by the terrible customer service. We stayed at Hotel San Giorgio in Bergamo on September 6th, arriving after 9:00 PM. Since it was late, we asked the male receptionist if he could recommend a nearby restaurant or a pizzeria. Shockingly, he responded very rudely, stating that providing such recommendations was "not part of their service. "When we asked about breakfast options, he just vaguely gestured toward the outside doors and dismissed us by saying there are plenty of cafes out there. To make matters worse, the hotel is located on a very dark street, making it feel unsafe and highly uncomfortable to wander around in the dark searching for food after a long journey. While the property is tidy and well-positioned, the staff member showed zero customer service or care. We would not recommend this hotel if you value a welcoming atmosphere.
