The perfect location
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. Perfect location, at the Charles Bridge, within walking distance of old town, as well as the palace and cathedral in lesser town. We were in room 22, which was large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with our luggage and assisting with tour arrangements. The food in the restaurant was very tasty.

Time in Prague
Pros:

Very convenient and nice hotel. It is in the center of everything. The people are very friendly and they gave us chocolate, macaroons and candy every day. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. We would definitely go back!!

Funcionários altamente prestativos e atenciosos. Limpeza do quarto excelente. A localização é bem central, no meio da movimentação turística, mas não havia barulho nenhum no quarto. Excelente opção para quem quer ficar no meio da área turística.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não dava vazão ao calor. Muito fraco, tínhamos que ligar o ventilador para dormir, mas mesmo assim passávamos muito calor durante a noite.

Absolutely the best hotel experience I've ever had.
Pros:

Incredible location, Mala Strana is way cooler than old town. Staff was great, and the restaurant service was fantastic. you even get a coupon for the restaurant and free entrance to the Charles Bridge tower.
